My experience is the same as most here. Did nothing even close to picking up the slightest bit of dust. I requested and received instructions for a refund. An address for the return and a promise to refund with a copy of a paid return shipping invoice. I did all of that and paid the $65 fee at the USPS and shipped the item back on May 16, 2019. I just received it back from China today. When I tried to reply to the email address that had worked in the past, of course, it was not deliverable. So, eight months later, I am out the money for these less than toy valued junk and the postage. After looking online for their website, it is obvious they have moved on to their next scam attempt. Definitely beware of Facebook sellers.

For et halvt år siden blev jeg fristet af en FB reklame og bestilte en robotstøvsuger før jeg fik læst disse anmeldelser. Jeg skrev straks tilbage for at annulere købet og prøvede at standse hævningen i min bank. Det kunne ikke lade sig gøre - fik at vide at jeg skulle returnere pakken når den kom.... Den kom dog aldrig og selv om jeg utallige gange har skrevet til Maxclean og megadeals sker der intet.
Fup og Svindel. Den reklame om 2 opfindere der vil sælge dyr støvsuger billigere - for så at sende en, jeg selv kunne have bestilt i Kina for 1/4 af deres pris er under lavmål og træææælse. ØV

Jeg har købt to støvsuger, sendet dem retur for at få mine penge igen, men det har jeg aldrig fået. Køb aldrig ved dette firma, det er rent fup.

Buyer beware! Cheap, cheap, cheap. Does not work at all, and they refused to refund my money because it was “used”, even though I told them it couldn’t be used since it didn’t move on my carpet. Lesson learned the hard way, but hopefully someone else will learn from my mistake.

This is the biggest scam I fell for. I trusted their you tube videos and was so excited about buying one... an absolute waste of money. It is a flimsy plastic contraption with batteries. Does absolutely nothing for the floor or carpet, doesn’t even move for more than a minute. It’s the worst. Those responsible should be brought to task. If others had this experience please advise on how I could possibly return the item.

Rent fup og svindel! Støvsugerne jeg bestilte lignede ikke på nogen måde produktet som var anført og virkede på ingen måde. Derudover var det heller ikke lige angivet at der kommer told oveni produktet. De ville ikke tage imod reklamationerne. Deres returret gælder så ikke på et støvsuger, da det åbenbart så er et hygiejneprodukt. Kan på ingen måde anbefales - burde meldes til politiet for svindel.

SCAMMED - If there was a rating of no stars it would still be too high because the object I received was not created for any purpose other than to scam unsuspecting future clients. The black plastic hollow disk complete with 3 whiskers arrived after weeks of follow up emails, questioning the ETA. It doesnt work and just spins in a circle for a few seconds and the whiskers detach and the toy stops.I will request a full refund from megadeals.
I forgot to mention, including the warranty, I was scammed out of $128.00 .
It has no resemblance to the impressive robo vacuum featured in their dishonest marketing video.
Be aware and read every review. This fraudulent company set the bar so low with their plastic toy and I hope that justice is served and every purchaser receives in full all that theyre owed from megadeals.

FAKE FAKE FAKE - ASK FOR A REFUND I have spoken to support@megadeals ltd / customer service (UK) and obtained a refund. I tried to get information where I should send it back to and get after 6 times emails an address to China! I paid with credite card and now they are awear about it to!

SCAM SCAM SCAM - ASK FOR A REFUND I have spoken to PayPal customer service (Australia) 1800 073 263 and obtained a refund. I did everything that was requested; sent the items back to Estonia as the seller directed (the postage was astronomical) but the address is fake - the items were never collected. PayPal is now aware of the issue and has blocked the seller. I encourage you to contact Paypal and obtain a refund too.

Dette firma skulle lukkes og politianmeldes for svindel .... har købt ligesom mange andre to robot støvsugere , fra reklamen på facebook !!!!! har fået en plastik legetøjs støvsuger , der overhovedet ikke har noget med den reklame , at gøre ..... og så sku jeg betale told , for at få den udleveret ? det stod der ingenting om !!!!!! Håber det firma blir lukket og at de skammer sig , de folk der er bag .... svindlere ...så køb aldrig mere fra dem !!!!!!

Una estafa!!!! Parece un juguete,la gaveta donde va la tierra aspiradora es diminuta,no tiene base,no es lo que muestran en face,no es un producto Argentino como dicen,es de China,de plástico berreta.
Realmente muy disconforme!!!

J'ai reçu un produit grafigné avec les poils tordus.
Il n'aspire rien. L'ouverture bloque régulièrement. il reste pris partout, on doit le suivre à la trace.
Pas systeme de détection, un mini réservoir pour la poussière.
J'ai voulu le renvoyer ou me faire rembourser, mais Megadeals ne me répond plus.

I fell for the Bait and Switch SCAM! I purchased a Maxclean robotic vacuum after seeing a video on Facebook of a great robotic vacuum with charging station that worked on carpet, hard floors, and programmed itself to do a room. What I got was a tiny toy sweeper that has no charging station and doesn’t move on carpet. I found out later the BAIT, the robotic vacuums used in their video were an Xiaomi Mi worth over $300 and a Roborock 5S worth over $600. The SWITCH was to a toy sweeper that is worthless! I still am waiting for my refund!

I was scammed too. The ad was amazing on facebook. It showed a vacuum that would vacuum in a linear pattern with a charging doc. It could transfer from carpet to tile, and had radar that wouldn't get stuck. This POS that i received doesn't even have a dust holder. lol It has a quarter sized slit underneath that holds a teaspoon of debris. DON'T ORDER THIS POS. I'm still fighting to get back my money. The item i received is about 5 inches in diameter, it's basically a toy. It does not have any of the features mentioned and it has a different name altogether on top. dumb. Don't fall for it

Una verdadera estafa!!!!! no cumple con las minimas espectativas. Parece de juguete y no trae la base .No es lo que promocionan por facebook.
