One of the most alarming aspects of my time at MaxBet was the pervasive culture of harassment of the manager and the HR department doesn't care.
Complaints about harassment were brushed aside or dismissed entirely, where supervisors even participating in the inappropriate behavior to make employees quit.
Poor Management Practices
Working under the management at MaxBet was an exercise in frustration and bewilderment, largely due to their poor management practices and inexplicable decisions that negatively impacted both the employees and the overall productivity of the company.
Favoritism and Nepotism
The management at MaxBet demonstrated blatant favoritism and nepotism, which significantly demoralized the workforce. Promotions and advantageous assignments were routinely given to a select few who were favored by the management, regardless of their qualifications or performance. This created an environment of inequality and resentment, as hard-working and capable employees were overlooked in favor of those with personal connections to the higher-ups.
Inadequate Support and Training
To make matters worse, the support and training provided to employees were grossly inadequate. New hires were often thrown into their roles with minimal guidance, leading to confusion and frustration. When mistakes were inevitably made, the blame was placed squarely on the employees, rather than acknowledging the company's failure to properly equip them for their tasks.
During my time at MaxBet, I noticed a significant disparity between the company’s portrayal on social media and the reality of working there. While MaxBet's social media presence paints a picture of a dynamic, supportive, and employee-friendly workplace, my experience revealed a very different reality.
