Max Appliance Repair GTA and Toronto Omdömen 

Bought a used washer and dryer. The washer was throwing a code right away. Had to call in for service. The dryer threw a code a few weeks later, had to call in for service. The dryer again threw a code, had to call in for service again. The washer again threw a code-I called in for a service call and was told that they would call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks, no call. For a few more dollars I could have bought brand new and had a reputable company to deal with. You do get what you pay for.

I used Max appliance repairs both personally and for my business. Their service is highly recommended and of a very high quality and standard.

I had a wonderful experience with Roman in repairing my Fulgor dishwasher. I was very lucky. Roman was able to diagnose the issue, order parts and repair the dishwasher at a fair and reasonable price. Great experience!

The technician Denys was super professional and polite. Other repair companies refused to repair my Italy made Fhiaba refrigerator because they couldn't find parts for it.
Denys was able to order parts for us directly from the Italian manufacturer and the wait time was not that long. About 3 weeks. Now our fridge's icemaker came back to life. They are professionals and have access to parts outside of North America when others do not. Prompt and effective service. Recommended.

Well I bought a second hand fridge from them for $700 and in 2 months the fan went so I'm still covered which was good and then I realize that it's got cockroaches so now in 30 years that I lived in this house I never had roaches so buy and beware the service guys were awesome but never again they should be spraying these fridges before they deliver them anyway there's my review

TERRIBLE-BEWARE!!! They assured us the technician was trained and certified to work on our type of dishwasher ( 2 drawer -Fischer Paykel). They fixed one problem but failed to test the machine so back again for another lengthy diagnosis-a valve that needed replacing on lower drawer. They assured us we could use the top drawer while waiting for the part for lower drawer. Unfortunately the design does not allow for that and we ended up with a kitchen/basement flood with over $10000.00 damage. All we asked for was a refund on the first $350 part which was now ruined by water damage but they take no responsibility. Later confirmed with manufacturer that they are not trained and certified on their products!
We have a big deductible on insurance so forced to resolve in small claims court!!

Purchased a washing machine from them, which they installed in our kitchen. On the first load heard water noise coming from the basement. Yup, they flooded my basement. No apology, no installation cost refund. Nothing.

Horrible customer service.
traded 1 issue for another ( called for noise, was left with a dryer that doesn't dry).. tech had a horrible attitude on my call back, and actually told me if there is an issue still, its my fault.. not that fact that my dryer wasn't closed properly after 1st visit, I could see through the seam of my dryer front to side, and see the barrel ( common sense would say if hot is escaping through the side.. maybe the clothes would not dry completely ? i think most could agree)
after call back visit, they top wasn't put on properly, i could lift the top corner (he did not clip it back )

Unethical! They charge twice as much as they should and add an additional $70 if you don’t agree with their pricing!

Alex T is amazing and his service is top notch..he came the day before to access the situation and diagnose...once we figured out the problem he was back the next day with the part (he had to stand in line for it due to the pandemic) and fixed our washer within 15 minutes...and made some other adjustments as well - LOVE the service..Alex T was great and amazing...WE WILL USE ALEX T and MAX Appliance Repair - AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN - I highly recommend Alex T - Funk Roberts

They came out to replace our dishwasher motor and it broke again a month later. They stated on the phone that they would send someone out in 3-5 days. One month and several calls later the finally came out. They told us the part was under warranty and all we would have to pay for is labor to replace it. The informed us that the part was on back order and would contact us when it came in. Two and a half month after that and several calls later they inform us there was no record of the visit in July and our warranty had ran out. They told us there was nothing they could do. Truly disappointing and awful service from the repair technician in Waterloo. Do no use very shady and unprofessional.
