The Windermere location on Silverlake has the WORST customer service! I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. The guy said it will be an hour to two for my oil change. Went back to pick up my car after two hours and my car had NOT even been started. The guy at the front desk did not care and had absolutely NO customer service at all! Absolutely ridiculous! I will make sure they lose my and my families business with them for good!!!!!
