Do not go here! I purchased a tire from this place five weeks ago and had a tear in the brand new tire. When I brought it to them, the assistant manager Tazjon Brinkley was there and informed me there was nothing they could do, even though they clearly gave me a defective tire. He called the store manager Erik and also said there’s nothing they could do nor could they provide a discount to purchase a new tire. The customer service here is disgusting. Mind you I came in with the tear on my tire and they took it to the back and when they brought it back to me, another hole appeared. This place is not to be trusted!

This place is full of crooks!!
This place is full of crooks!!! I am a car guy and know cars back and forth. However, there are some tools I don't have in my home shop because of space. So, I have to have my tires mounted and balanced by a shop. I bought new tires from this business for my wife's van and they installed them. They have been on the vehicle for 9 months and at no time during that period did I have to have one repaired until today. The shop that did the repairs took the leaky tire off and found the problem immediately, not 1 but 2 tire plugs!!! On a presumably "new" tire. These guys sold me a tire that looked new but had plugs in it. Got me.... Hope it was worth it, I'm in the customer service industry, if I have to guess, you can expect about a $10- 20 thousand dollar loss in the coming years from all the people I'm going to steer away from Mavis as a whole. Hope it was worth the $110.00 you cheated me out of.
