Terrible

Set an appointment for a front end alignment. They told me it would take about 45 mins because there was ONE car ahead of me. It’s been two hours and it took me to ask how much longer? And they still could not give me a time frame. Said “it shouldn’t be much longer” but then told me the tire rod fell out and they are going to put it back in and then START the alignment. After two hours they haven’t even started it? Def not recommending them to anyone else or coming back. This is a circus.
