Nashua, NH, near the Home Depot that wouldn’t help their customer when Mavis stepped in and saved the day. Sean from Mavis took time out of his day to assist with jumping my trucks battery so I could continue on with my already long and exhausting day. It’s nice to know that there are still people in this world willing to lend a helping hand. Mavis has just earned a customer in my book and the word will be spread. Thank you again Sean! You make the difference :)

Mavis was great! It was quick and easy to make an appointment! The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable! I’ve gone twice now for tire repair as well as breaks services and the pricing was decent and fair! Their services are also quick! Each appointment I’ve been back on the road within 2 hours!

Great experience at the Willow Springs Plaza in Nashua, NH location! Megan was very helpful and pleasant.

First time using Mavis wasn't impressed I had a nail in a tire they plugged it rather than patch it from the inside and was charged $25 for a plug. Town Fair would have fixed it for free. Contacted Corp and never heard back.

I feel like Mavis went above and beyond for me yesterday! Megan was super friendly, personable, accurate with the findings on my vehicle. I am definitely coming back and would recommend Mavis to anyone who is looking for great service!!! Thank you!!

Could not be more upset about the service here, it’s just incredible the lack of professionalism.
My wife made an appointment for an oil change, balance wheels because they are out of balance and check two of the tires for leaks as they are low (I believe the valve stems are leaking).
She goes to pickup the car and the guy at the front desk said they only did the oil change, didn‘t have time to find the key lock for the wheels (they were the last to use it a few months back when tires were installed and didn’t put it back). Now I’m on the hook for a new key lock…
Sent a mother with her young kids off with the low tire warning light STILL on, didn’t have the courtesy to fill up the tires. Never put a new oil sticker in the car, and a day later the low washer fluid light came on which means they didn’t even top off fluids. at this point I’m not even convinced they even did the oil change! Over $100 for total disappointment.

Would steer clear from this Mavis.

Big mistake getting my brakes at Mavis. My car passed inspection, but had a note I should replace my front brakes soon. I decided to save a few bucks and went to Mavis. They told me I needed back brakes as well and new struts. I said no on the struts and thought it might make sense about the back brakes. After waiting 3 hours in the waiting room, with the same women, we started talking. All said the same thing. They came in for front brakes and were told they need back brakes and struts. One of the other women had been there 4 hours. Now a guy jumped in the conversation and told we did not need a brake flush and that back brakes last longer than front. He use to own a tire store. He came in for 2 front tires and they had all 4 off and he had been there for over an hour.. what a circus and racket. Then on check out he over charged me... thankfully I remembered what he said and corrected him. Do Not trust this place!!
