Kept vibrating at certain speeds as well as pulling to the right, however I was still able to make it down to shop and got a fair estimate and diagnostics to fix the problem in a timely manner. Appreciate the friendly welcome from staff that gave me a sense of security that my car was handled with proper care.

I had an appointment at 8 AM. The staff checked me in on time and proceeded to change the oil and rotate the tires. On time and as promised.

I booked an appointment online for 11am…
I booked an appointment online for 11am for an oil change. I was there until 12:45. When I asked why did it take so long, the woman said that there were a lot of walk-in emergencies and she wanted to help them so they would come back.
Well now you have one customer that will not come back! You should take care of your appointments first and work the emergencies around the scheduled customers.
