Service was very prompt, professional and polite. Nail in tire and they were able to remove and plug within 20 minutes of calling them. Very impressed! They will be my “go to” service center.

My Son took our Jeep in for an oil change. After waiting for some time, which I am not complaining about, the manager told him they didn't have the proper wrench to complete the oil change and he would have to take it elsewhere. Played it off as they were doing him a favor as they didn't charge him for the oil filter (also didn't give a receipt, now I know why). This shop had performed the last oil change on this jeep and my other jeep so the comment made no sense at all. When I called the shop they realized they had done the work before and told me to bring it back in. Luckily I went to the dealership instead to only find out the oil plug had been completely stripped (assume that's why they claimed to need a different tool as any socket wrench could have been used). Not only that, upon opening the hood, the oil cap had been left off and jammed under the hood and the dip stick had not been replaced. Oil had sprayed across the hood and over a good portion of the engine. Had to replace the plug and the oil cap. I contacted the shop and have not heard a thing from them. While most reviews have been good for this shop and up until now I have gone there frequently, Buyer beware. I can't see going back when they lied about not being able to do the oil change when they clearly stripped the bolt and then couldn't get it off. Once they realized I had been a prior customer, they got caught in the lie. Thought they could get away with it and take advantage of a kid. Completely Lost Trust

This is the nicest Service Center. The person that helped me was so professional and patient. Also, very nice.

The staff was very helpful, I got a flat on my new car and even though were ready to close they waited for me. I've always had great service at Mavis. I go to the Malvern & East Norriton stores, it was Malvern location that helped me recently. Thanks guy's!!!!!

My daughter took her car into Mavis for new tires. The Manager "Bob" told her that she needed an alignment. The car has less than 15,000 miles on it. They over tightened a bolt and broke it. She sat there for 5 hours while waiting for another to show up. They apparently aligned the car for free because of the inconvenience.
She called me five days later and told me that she had a rattle in the rear of her car. Upon inspecting it. I found the bolt that Bob replaced was installed without a locknut. It was so loose its was almost ready to fall off. She could have gotten killed because of some tire changer thinks he's a mechanic.

Great service and trusting by the book willing to explain what is wrong with your car

Y'all I have gotten my tires replaced from mavis. My tires were needed to be replaced, I was surprised they did an alignment on my car because last time I went to another mavis(near home) and they couldn't do it an alignment the & one sales lady was rude, they over charged me for value stems that the young service mechanic did not replace. some service yaw got there, lost my service. I decided to try again, and I drove for the distance because I heard the service was outstanding., I even went and got my rotors and my breaks done as well. The warranty on the pads is lifetime and my rotors are only a year. Compare to Toyota dealership I would say that's a big improvement. I like how I was in and out with no issues. The management is knowledgeable and as a woman I felt like I did not feel I got ripped off anything that needed to be done to my personal vehicle, Nate & Rich showed me what was wrong and what I needed to get fixed, made sure I had the right recommendations I needed to get done. They were worked efficiently and made it safe for me to make it to my location. I highly recommend them!!!

This morning I brought my newer car in for Pennsylvania State inspection. I had almost forgotten it was due and when I stopped in the manager (Bob) said it will be a few minutes.. The tech ( Rich ?) got my car in and did my inspection and emissions.. They were very thoughtful explaining everything to me and telling me what I needed and wanted to know.. They as always went above and beyond checking things that were not just inspection related like washer fluid etc..I know when I leave there I am safe on the road.. Thanks Guys!!!

I was in-and-out for tire balancing rotation and wheel alignment in an hour and 20 minutes you can't beat that. The staff is amazing? they speak to you and explain if you don't understand the process of your repair.

I was seeing right away with problems with my car Anya and her team explained everything in detail about what is going on with my car and what exactly they are going to fix and did it in record time I would definitely recommend to all my friends in the future. Thanks guys.
