RIP OFF
Took my car there for work a month ago, again last week and now my car is undriveable. They took me for over $4,000.00 in repairs that did not fix the car at all. Now they are telling me it is a problem with the frame and "they didn't know there was a problem with the frame last month" BULL!!!!!!!! They knew, they just wanted the money. They were willing to "fix" the problem if I was willing to spend over another $1,000 but when I flipped out on them they changed their mind and said they can't fix it. After, I did call customer service, they were nice and wanted to help the regional manager only offered to "fix" the car for around $600 to $800. I am not giving them another penny. The car should never have been fixed in the first place. They should have told me last month the car was not worth it. BUT NOOOOOO it is all about the money with Mavis. I wish I could give them negative stars.

One of my tires was consistently…
One of my tires was consistently reading lower pressure than the rest. My car was indicating it was the front driver's side tire. Michelle, the manager, checked all the tires and it was in fact the REAR PASSENGER side tire that had a screw in it, that was too close to the outside to just pull and plug. Michelle quickly made arrangements for a replacement tire and in a few days the tire had arrived, it was replaced, the "re-learn" was accomplished. When I dropped my car for a first thing in the morning appointment, my car was completed in less than an hour. I truly appreciate the way Michelle manages this Mavis. I know I can count on her to be thorough and honest.
