New tires but forgot new valves
The Good:
Good selection of tires with reasonable prices. Local shop met online price. Manager was friendly and professional. I've been a customer at this location for many years
The Bad:
Went for new tires and requested new valve stems. As the existing ones gave me slow air leaks.
The valve were NOT replaced. The way I noticed was because I marked all the old ones with a dab of black paint.
I brought it the the managers
attention and the car was brought in immediately and issue corrected.
The ugly:
I expected an explanation as why why this was completely missed but did not receive one.
Despite this hiccup I will return for oil change when due. One issue like this over several years could just be an 1 in a 100.

I have used this shop for 12 years since moving back to NJ. The staff has great communication skills, excellent industry knowledge, and technical expertise. I have had excellent experience at this shop during my numerous visits for brakes, tires and alignment.
On this visit I was looking for a tire with improved stickiness for traction on my 2021 Tahoe Diesel. The tire suggested totally changed the drivability of my SUV.
Pricing is very fair, service and communication exceptional. Thanks for another great service experience, I will certainly be back.
