Brand new tire
Last month, I bought a brand new tire from Mavis. 2 days after I bought the tire, one night coming from work, I heard a weird noise while driving. I was terrified that I had a flat tire and so surprised cause it was the brand new tire. I went to Mavis the following day hoping that they will give any consideration, unfortunately, they said, somehow it’s my fault cause I stepped in to a pot hole and that’s it! I was told there’s nothing they can do. I asked if I buy another one, if I can get atleast a discount. Unexpectedly, no discount and not even a warranty cause I didn’t asked before purchasing the tire. Im very disappointed.

I couldn't be more grateful to the team at Mavis in Keyport, NJ for coming through when no one else could. They managed to fit me in when I needed help, and the service I received was outstanding. From the start, they were completely transparent about laying out the costs upfront. Gail and Jaden were especially fantastic, showing genuine care for my needs rather than just trying to run up a bill. Their integrity and customer-first approach really stood out. Ken did an exceptional job replacing my tires, and I feel confident knowing I won't have to worry about any leaks. The entire experience has been smooth and stress-free, thanks to their professionalism and expertise. I know I have a complicated vehicle but left happy with the same great service I always receive.
