Disappointed

Once my vehicle was ready, the ticket was at desk for quite a long time. I asked about it and she said it was ready that she would get to me in a moment. Before Mavis took over a tire fix was free when you purchased tires there and I was not even told how much they would charge. Once I paid, I asked about my key and they had left it in my vehicle which had been ready a while. The whole experience was not a usual today.
