I had an appointment and was taken at the exact scheduled time. Reason I needed a new tire rather than a repair was explained and shown to me. Service time was reasonable. In and out in an hour.
The customer service person greeted me with a smile. He was very nice and professional. My wait time was about 15 mins and the mechanic test drove my car after he fixed my wheel alignment.
Outstanding experience – had a tire on the wheel by the time I got there so all I had to do was wait a few minutes for it to be mounted on the car.

My husband and I went to the Mavis Tire…
My husband and I went to the Mavis Tire at 474 Hackensack Ave. in Hackensack, and the techs there couldn’t have been nicer. They did our brakes, alignment, and put on two new tires in under two hours, with no appointment. They brought us in to see the car up close on the lift, so that we understood what they were going to do. All in all, an excellent experience.

Amazing customer experience

Last week they charge to my…Rotors .
Last week they charge to my grandfather $1600.00 for rotors and pads on a Lincoln car WOW WOW You guys. $150.00 for pad and $150.00 for rotor total of $300.00 each tire for parts to replace pads and rotors we remove the tires and you guys charge him $20.00 each tire for rotation rotation mean you push a tire 8ft across the car by hand $80.00 for doing that but the wors $20.00 to put air on each tire and $160.00 to push the brake pedal to bleed the breaks that is part of the function for the brake to work please be honest and don't take avenge of older customers . no honest people working in this shop .

The customer service person greeted me with a smile. He was very nice and professional. My wait time was about 15 mins and the mechanic test drove my car after he fixed my wheel alignment.
