Needed NYS inspection, Plus Other Service
Review is for Mavis located in Commack, NY.
Needed NYS inspection, purchase one new tire with sensor, one old tire needed a new sensor, oil change, and a 4 wheel alignment. Went in at 10:30 am. After waiting 1 hour and noticed car was not in shop, I asked what was the wait time. Car went into shop, and stayed on lift for more than 2 hours without any mechanic service. Waited and was told oil change and inspection completed. Final ending, car was not inspected nor oil change at the time told; after waiting 6 1/2 hours, was told everything completed but car did not pass NYS emission test!
