Sales Manager Attempted to sell the not required radial I requested. I had to give direction to the tire that I had on my vehicle that was in their system he refused to sell me the tire until then. At that point to ensure I was not only getting the right tire and the discount. I ordered the sale tire online after putting a deposit on both tires and waited and confirmed with Sales Manager this is what I wanted. Instead there after canceled one of two tires with deposits to sell me the tire he preferred in the first go round. Been back to the location because the radial is different for a balance issue the sales manager balanced the tires but attempted to charge me for rebalancing four tires when he was the one who sold me the tire I did not want and couldn't balance their after. Recently to car in highway and the car shakes on breaking at 65 mph. All because the sales manager sold me a different radial to offset the remainder ng radial and further due to this unbalance I will more than likely have issues with work parts there after. It's a marketing Scheme to get you to buy a set of tires and have to fix damages to the car if not corrected.

The underlying issue starts with I haven't lost a center cap to my wheel since last service Tire Kindom4 years ago. After that I ordered a new tire in person with the agreement that this was the necessary tire. After carefully considering the costs and the savings online by ordering online. I ordered a tire online. Perhaps the same as agreed to in person. Only the Sales manager just had to sell me the Iron Man Tire canceled the Aspen agreed to in person and put the Iron Man tire on my car when I had Aspen all the way around. The Iron Man Tire being different racial threw the balance off enough to throw another center cap off and when I returned for a rebalance lost another center cap. Either the tech didn't secure it correctly which was probably two out of three of the cases. I get it but this car has parts aftermarket center caps ranging from 50-$100 each if available not what I seek in repairs then the shop is not going to get any of it right so for how long does this go on? Hec I bought another Iron Man Tire since hoping to have these issues behind us but sometimes nothing really is ever going to change in the Business of sales and automotive alike unless you keep up with the disaster of mess they brought upon themselves.
