Outstanding service by Manager Ray and service team
Manager Ray provided outstanding customer service. We were long-time customers at this location but had a back experience last time. We also had concerns about pricing. We were hesitant to return. But Ray advised he has been in charge for many months, has cleared out the former tech reps, and has personally assembled a new service team. Ray won back our loyalty and restored our confidence in the Camplain Road location. I hope Ray is fully recognized for his exemplary customer service, something that there is too little of these days!

Excellent service done quickly and thoroughly. They didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t need. Best of all the price was lower than what I normally pay. I’ll go back to Manville Mavis Discount Tire.

Great customer service
Bought tires for two vehicles here and found the prices competitive and service quick and professional. What is more noteworthy is the way that manager Johnathan handled an issue that arose from a miscommunication. Johnathan and did absolutely everything to ensure that we were satisfied and we got the tires we were after. Highly recommend coming here.

Very poor service
I had my brakes replaced here and within a few miles of leaving my wheel was smoking terribly. I returned and they my calipers were stuck. They kept my car 4 additional days to repair. A few days later I noticed they damaged the plastic molding on my car when they jacked it up. I complained and after connecting with their regional manager Gus, he just wasted my time and said there is nothing they will do about it. This is a very poorly run operation. They are also dishonest because I am sure they knew they damaged my molding but said nothing.

Regional manager, Gus, updated the ticket that he left you a few voicemails (on 7/19/2023 4:37PM and 7/20/2023 6:42PM) We were also waiting on photos of the damage you were going to be sending so we can review them.
