I rarely take time out to do a review but I'm extremely impressed at the level of professionalism and customer care that I receive at this location. The Manager Ainsley and his team consistently provides excellent care! They go above and beyond to take care of my needs, and my vehicle is properly maintained. They make it pleasurable to spend my money with Mavis!

The service was very slow , had an 8:00 appointment. They didn’t get started until after 8:30. Wanted my tire pressure sensors checked because at least one I knew was bad. They said all were bad, doubtful but I asked how much they were, the lady told me about 20$. Turns out they lied and I ended up paying about 90$ a piece, which jacked up the price a lot along with reprogramming my car. All told it took around three hours with the alignment. I will never go back again, what a joke and most probably got ripped off.

Great team, they diagnosed my issues quickly and explained my options. They completed the work in the committed time frame at the cost provided to me in the estimate.

Two gray mechanics Sanjay and Kurt the reason I'm saying this is they're honest me and my husband Dale and Desiree we're just there we needed to get we went there for a tire and wound up getting two because they looked horrible they're pretty bad but they warned us about getting a master cylinder cuz our brakes are going we own an older car and to be honest with you we're not rich so we don't spend a lot of money on the car but I let the guys know that I was in a financial situation where every better for me if I could hold off until November you know until we get paid and he went out of his way to tighten it he went out of his way to help us with it you went out of his way to look forward to seeing him I was going to call around to get prices from other people but they made such an impact on me and my husband they were so nice to us that we decided that we're probably going to go with them in the beginning of November if my husband feels comfortable with them and I do too that's what matters the most I just don't like being upgraded in prices and I don't like prices changing but there's things going on that you don't know about until you get your car checked out so lesson learned but nice guys because of these guys are the reason that we will get our masters cylinder done with them only at their location

If you VALUE your vehicles, PLEASE DO NOT go to Mavis. Such an incompetent
business/mechanics/manager. - Joe - - 377 S Fed Hwy, Deerfield. I purchased (4) new Michelin tires @ this location & added additional service on my tires, just in case I get a nail in it, or some other repairs may be needed, etc. I had to replaced front brakes, rotors & front sway bars. Also .. had probably 2 oil changes, as well. I spent over $4,000 @ this location, within 2-3 months, I would say so, not needing to go back and check my receipts/dates. My issues/complaints: I had to come back because I hear some weird sounds/ noise when I was driving, going over small bumps. Took my car back to Mavis. They told me I had to replace the sway bars and they show me what the problem was and this was making the sound/noise, according to them. Another time, I came back for the same noise/sound and my brakes were NOT performing as it should. ONLY had them replaced a SHORT 2-3 months back. It would NOT grip when I brake and when I do brake, the whole car shook, pretty bad. Joe (Mgr.) @ Mavis said that I have a bad caliper, which is making the noise. He quoted over a $400 job. I refused. I said just to replace the brakes/rotor and the sway bars. He told me, he won’t do as I asked, then proceeded to walk away from me. (SO RUDE!!). He came back a few minutes later and told me, he’ll replace one sway bar, the front brakes and rotors, under warranty.
The next thing I know… Joe said that it was my strut making the noise/sound - which mind you, was THE SAME sound/noise since the beginning. And now.. he quoted another $1,000 for one side of the strut and labor. Of course .. I refused. At this point, I don’t believe ANYTHING he tells me. If I needed additional work done on my car, I was planning on going to a professional mechanic, whom has been in business for 48 years. (When I received my car back, the noise was still there and I did noticed something unusual, it looked like they actually replaced my brakes and rotors, because they looked NEW. I never noticed that when I replaced them the first time. I have a feeling, they NEVER replaced them, the first time. Oh dear God Jesus. That’s VERY frightening, just knowing what had happened?!?). Just VERY deceiving !!! When a business is incompetent like this, in providing me with inaccurate diagnostic - - I refuse to do business with them, anymore!! “Fool Me Once, Shame on You; Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me!”. I will NOT be ignorant again!! I contacted corporate office and spoke to a young lady there, supposedly she typed/wrote down my complaint. She stated that the regional manager for the area of this Mavis location, will contact me. It’s been over a month or so and I haven’t heard anything from the regional manager. If I didn’t purchased my tires here, I would NEVER come back. But…. I have no choice, due to my warranty on the tires @ Mavis. When I came back to check on my tires because the light came on, which I did check my tires this morning, but towards the end of the night, check tire light came on. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it. So, they drove my car, for some weird reason, which I couldn’t understand - because I brought my car in, regarding to the “Check Tires” light came on. When everything was done, Joe and the mechanic brought to my attention, my tires were over inflated by 2-3 PSI and then also reminded me the strut is what making the noise. SERIOUSLY??? Now, mind you.. other mechanics and Tire Specialists, recommended inflating the tires 2-3 PSI, if you do a lot of traveling. I NEVER had this issue before. At this point, just VERY frustrated with anything that comes out of their mouths.
Another thing to mention, as well …. As I was waiting on my car, Joe, the manager attacked Sam by screaming, loudly at him. Sam is one of the employees that works in the office. VERY nice gentleman and so is Mike.
Joe was VERY unprofessional!! There was NO need to attack/scream at Sam, whom is a grown man and VERY professional, kind and a nice man.
I finally brought my car to the owner of another mechanic shop - whom has been in business for 48 years. I disclosed my terrifying ordeal with the owner. All he could do was shook his head in disgrace and felt sorry for me, of what I went through at Mavis. He replaced both of my front struts/shocks for a VERY reasonable price. He also advised me, the rotors to my brakes were installed improperly/backwards by Mavis. This is so UNBELIEVABLE and yet, I was NOT surprised. I was VERY infuriated, when my new mechanic told me this. Thanks the good Lord Jesus, the rotors were taken cared of immediately, because just the other day, I almost collided into another car, because they jumped out into traffic. Thank God Jesus everyone was okay and thank God Jesus for the other professional mechanic, I went to, whom noticed this incorrect installation of my rotors at Mavis.

I worked with Antonio at Mavis tires in Boca and he was absolutely amazing. He could tell I was very stressed and he took great care of me and made sure to get it done as fast as possible. This man is definitively of doing his job to the fullest!

The customer service at MAVIS Tire in Boca Raton is fantastic. Ricky was a pleasure to do business with and just an all-around gentleman. I got great pricing on my tires and everyone at the Boca location were polite and helpful to everyone no matter the situation. I visited on a friend's referral and now MAVIS has a new customer. Thanks to Ricky and the Boca team.

The staff there was very good. But terribly under staffed. You are going to lose repeat customers in the future. The bad mouthing of your company of those customers in the waiting room was really bad.
Again those 3 employees that were working on aFriday was very good.

I’ve been going to Mavis in Boca Raton for a couple of years now and they have consistently provided excellent service at fair prices. I appreciate that when I make an appointment it has always been honored and the times that I’ve had to wait have been very reasonable. So very happy with Mavis in Boca Raton

I’m have been a customer here for some time and just recently the awesome staff there fixed my wife’s car tire for free. I cannot thank them enough for being fast, professional and just nice people to deal with at all levels

I had a nail in my tire and they were able to remove it with ease and didn’t charge me! Amazing service!

The worst company you can do business with. I booked a wheel alignment at 11:00 willing to wait 1-1.5 hours. Only to learn that my appointment was triple booked and the wait would now be 4-4.5 hours. I will never use Mavis Tires again. There are so many other choices.

Came to Mavis out of desperation with a bubble in my tire. John, the manger did everything in his power to make sure my car was repaired. I am truly greatfull for the service and professionalism. I will never get another tire at any other tire place. Thank you all at Mavis in Boca Raton (on 28th)

Don at Mavis Boca tires was very courteous and great help after going to other places to have a tired fixes and getting lines like “you need to live the car all day” to fix a flat tire,
