Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. They were attentive and repaired wheel lugs etc that were broken by Walmart Automotive in Monroe Woodbury. Continuous communication through the repair from start to finish (4 wheel stems and lugs installed). Very quick service and extremely reasonable price for the repair. Will continue to do business with Mavis Thornwood and Brian and staff were outstanding from start to finish.

Don't trust the guy that looks like jared from Subway
the guy that looks like jared from subway broke my tire sensor and tried to make me pay for it. I needed one tire fixed because of a bulge forming in sidewall, so I brought it into the shop thinking it would be a quick fix, they take the tire off and put a new one on. Before handing them my keys, I checked my tire sensors to see my tire pressure (yk cause my tire was broken) and it gave me a reading. Halfway through "jared" tells me all of my sensors need to be replaced and I called his bs because I just checked them. Then he told me the tire being fixed had the sensor broken off free dangling in there. He said I got still got a reading because it could still transmit, which makes no sense. I talked to other mechanics and they all said he most likely broke my sensor intentionally or unintentionally.
DO NOT TRUST "Jared". Keep your children away from him and especially do not let him touch your car.

Been going to mavis entire life but mavis thornwood are bums Everyone sucks expect for Rich. I came in last week to get (1) tire balanced was told mechanic left for the day and to return tomorrow to get the one wheel balanced with priority since i showed up and mechanic left. I showed up the next day around 2:00 and was told by the manager Napoleon bonaparte to leave and come back! I left no questions did my erands. Before i returned i called and christina And her Fupa told me to come as a car just left the bay. When i show up i pull up to bay to get the one tire balanced. Napoleon and his side kick bum juice tells me no i must pull back out!! A jeep needs 4 tires mounted!! At this point im irrated i have to go to work!! The manager napoleon starts to argue with me and his side kick "vagrant"!! The side kick "vagrant" threatens to kick my car and beat me up after work hours!! I wish he did kick my car!!!!! Fupa christina you and that whole staff are bum juices!! yea garbage 🗑️ all over one tire balance!! Clean that fupa girl i smell it through the Webpage
