On October 4
On October 4, 2026, I arrived at this Mavis location at approximately 10:47 AM. I had been instructed to drop off my two tires the previous day, around 4:00 PM, and was told that they would be replaced first thing the following morning.
Mavis opened at 9:00 AM, so I arrived approximately one hour and 47 minutes after opening. I spoke with one of the shop employees, who told me, “Your tires are not ready yet. We will get to it.”
I reiterated that I had dropped the tires off the previous day around 4:00 PM because I was told they would be replaced first thing in the morning. After I said this, the employee became very animated and raised his voice toward me in a manner that made me feel as though the situation could become confrontational or physical.
I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I should be able to ask about the status of my service without being spoken to or approached in an aggressive manner.
I am requesting that Mavis management review this incident and address the employee’s behavior appropriately. I would also like an explanation as to why my tires were not completed as I was told they would be.

This location is great! My tire needed to be plugged and they immediately took care of me & made sure I was able to be safe on the road! Definitely will be using this location.

I just want to take the time speak on my very FIRST but not LAST experience at Mavi's Tires in Middletown. I walked in & was given the warmest welcome. I was
assisted promptly & the gentleman communicated throughout my whole service process explaining the process & answered ALL of my 50 questions that I had. I definitely would like to recognize WILLIAM for the exceptional, respectful & helpful customer service "William" remaining cool, calm & collective as I came in HOT about my car issues. He was able to assist me & I was completely satisfied with his customer service. Im definitely going to be back soon.
