I recently had a great experience at…
I recently had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Jermaine. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.
Jermaine kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done efficiently and correctly. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but he made the entire experience stress-free.
Customer service like this really stands out. If you’re going to Mavis, I highly recommend asking for Jermaine—he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

On behalf of the Youngsville Fire…
On behalf of the Youngsville Fire Department, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the assistance your staff provided when a large limb became lodged under one of our vehicles during recent testing of the new Franklin County Public Safety Radio System.
Your willingness to stop what you were doing, lend a hand, and remove the limb without hesitation—or fee—demonstrates a true spirit of community service. Your actions not only helped us quickly get back on the road to complete our important testing but also reminded us of the value of strong partnerships within our community.
We deeply appreciate your support and generosity. Please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are thankful to have community-minded businesses like Mavis Tires & Brakes here in Franklin County.
With gratitude,
Brian Christmas
