Great Customer Service
This is a great store and our family go to. We love all of them, from Jordan and Tyler up front to A1 and Justin in the back. They take good care of me. The last time I was in, I felt like one of my tires was low and just wanted it checked. Quick checkup and I was on my way. They were fast and basically checked the pressure in all my tires just to make me feel better lol and I didn't even need any air. It's just knowing someone is looking out for me and taking care of me with the small little things to purchasing tires and brakes or even a check engine light. They are great and deserve a shout out for just being kind and caring. Great service with hospitality. They are the old school feel of the days of a small town garage mechanic who simply took good care of you and was honest.

Very professional
Very professional, start to finish!
Picked up a screw in my tire , it was going flat,
Called Mavis, got right in… Jim began to address my tire situation immediately!
Jim had a very kind and helpful attitude.
Nice, clean store with very nice Employees.

Avery at the Loganville store
The Loganville, GA store manager, Avery, provided amazing customer service. His technicians were unable to detect an extremely slow leak. Avery took it upon himself to continue searching. The truck's tire had a tiny hole hidden within a small slit between the thick treads. After that level of effort at close to closing time, Avery still did not charge us for the repair. Service like that is rare nowadays. Thank You!

Horrible place to get tires if you have…
Horrible place to get tires if you have custom wheels, they scratched my wheel, they lied to me and told me after my car had sat there 3 hours that their machine randomnly messed up and can’t do any custom wheels, come to find out, they put my wheel on the machine and damaged it, after damaging it they acted like they just couldn’t do custom wheels because of the “machine” I’d that was the case they would’ve never accepted my deposit
