The Mavis website clearly states that tire rotations and balance checks are free, so I scheduled an appointment. When my vehicle was finished, the store tried to charge me $69! Apparently, when a free "balance check" is scheduled via the website, that translates into "tire balance" on the store's workorder, and generates a $69 charge.

Mavis Tires on Lavista Road in Tucker is pure TRASH
Mavis Tires on Lavista Road in Tucker, GA is trash, ghetto and unpleasant. Loud music is playing as soon as you pull up. Ryan the manager is a rogue, thieving LIAR! They use scare tactics to sell tires...Making you feel like you'll crash from a blow and then the unthinkable! Even saying they'll get a million dollar suit if they fix a tire BECAUSE THEY DON'T FIX THEM THERE. I WAS GIVEN A LOCATION TO TAKE THE TIRE I PURCHASED FROM THEM!!!! TO A USED TIRE SHOP....DO YOU HEAR ME!!!! EVEN DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO GET THERE. I WASN'T OFFERED A WARRANTY, THEY LIED AND SAID I REFUSED IT! LIES!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN....THE MANAGER RYAN IS TRASH! THEY LET ME LEAVE WITH A NAIL IN MY TIRE. REFUSED TO HELP UNLESS I PAID FOR ANOTHER BRAND NEW TIRE! DO NOT GO THERE!

Do not use the Mavis Tires in Kathleen
Do not use the Mavis Tires in Kathleen, GA. Told me I needed a new tire instead of a repair. Tire was fairly new. Took it across the street to Discount Tires......it was repaired without a problem.
