You can start by not charging costumers…
You can start by not charging costumers for disposal of tires that I did not disposed. I told them to put the tires that I replacing in my trunk because I was going to keep them and they still charge me for disposal. I told your employee and he said “I can’t take that of the bill because it charges the disposal automatically. Well that is illegal, so that’s $7.00 plus tax that your company took from me for a service you didn’t perform. Programming problem or not your company should remedy this problem before you loose more costumers. Fraud is fraud!

Do not go to Marvis Tires in New Tampa
Do not go to Marvis Tires in New Tampa! I went there to get a nail removed from my rear tire. I waited for 2 hours while they worked on my vehicle, and now my suspension isn't working correctly, yet they were only supposed to remove a nail. My vehicle has under 15000 miles and now I need to take it to the dealership to repair whatever they damaged. Someone in the New Tampa store needs to be held accountable for these actions.
