Johnny was very good! He was multitasking as I walked into the facility. He was on the phone dealing with a very aggressive customer and at the same time kept his professional composure. He addressed my concerns and advised me of my options and was very polite. He’s a great asset to the company.

Do Yourself a favor and never take your car to mavis discount tire. They can’t even get a simple oil change, right they do not stand behind their work, and the regional manager doesn’t even realize if a car engine has no oil in it it overheats. SMH Zero Stars!!

Customer service is great! Mrs Liz was very communicative about parts and labor fees no long waits for updates.. they are great working with customers by offering multiple ways to pay balance and offer discounts which is a plus. This is my first visit and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or anxious with the services in the shop.
