I went by with a totally flat tire
I went by with a totally flat tire, and had no idea if they had my size tire because it’s a bit uncommon. The manager came out personally and took down my tire size and assured me that he would take care of everything. He offered me a water and was super helpful. He only had one tire that would fit my car and he gave me a discount. I was back on the road within 45 minutes! Thank you Sir for your help and service, I appreciate you! Excellent customer service for tire repair in Newnan
I went to Mavis in Newnan in the Kohl's Home Depot shopping center on a Saturday for a tire repair caused by a nail in my tire. I went online and scheduled an open appointment for 1:00 which I was pleased they accepted appointments. They were very friendly as I checked in, letting me know it may be a little bit of a wait. They let me know about an hour in, that they were sorry for being backed up and my car would be going in shortly. When I checked out they apologized for being late (because of an employee leaving) even though I had an appointment, so they gave me a discount. Having managed workforces for years I totally understood, but I was blown away that they made it right without me asking for it. Very professional I will go to Mavis for tire service in the future. Excellent, professional customer service is refreshing and very much appreciated.
