Mavis Tire - Bridford Omdömen 

Went in for a tire rotation and noticed 2 days later that the tire brand that was on the front had not rotated to the rear and was charged for a tire rotation. I returned to the store today a little heated about the situation and was told to calm down and to contact the corporate office if I wanted and I said I planned on it and that’s when all help stopped my invoice was handed back to me and the manager walked back inside the store. The store manager even justified why my tires were not rotated but I was never told and assumed it was done due to being charged at the register. I wonder how many others are being preyed on assuming they are getting quality work done, I say this with confidence because this is not the only work that I have entrusted this establishment with that turned out to cost me more money later on because of their neglect and when I mention it I always get ( that was the old management line)………..news flash……. Nothing has changed, people are still being taken advantage of and to top all of this off the trim around my driver door handle just fell off on my hand all of a sudden and it’s never done that, it’s just too coincidental because it’s been fine for the last 4 years.

My husband and I traveled from North Wilkesboro, NC to Greensboro, NC for a monthly luncheon that happened to be in the same business strip as Mavis Tires. When we got to the restaurants we had a flat tire. After lunch we drove to Mavis. Nick greeted us immediately and put the car on the lift. Turned out there was no nail, but we needed a new valve stem. Nick replaced the valve for us and did not charge us for anything! We were amazed with the courtesy and kindness to us. Thank you Nick! Nick assisted me and was amazing! I didn’t have a wheel lock key for my car, because I bought the car used. He was the only one willing to even attempt removing the wheel lock and did it with ease! He replaced all 4 wheel locks (that I purchased and took to him) for no charge and repaired my tire (removed nail and patched) for no charge!! I was in and out very quickly. This is my first time going there, but won’t be my last! Nick, you are truly a blessing! Thank you!!
