They do not listen to you when you tell them to not touch something

Went to get a part replaced on my electric drivers seat. Told the mechanic through text "DO NOT MOVE THE CHAIR FORWARD" b/c it cant move back due to it needing a new electric motor in the bottom of the seat. After leaving my car there for 8+ hours not only was the tech "Caesar" not able to diagnose the problem. He tells me after pushing the seat forward some more that I have to take it to the dealership and there's nothing they can do for me after messing up my car even more. The seat was pushed all the way forward like a 60 degree angle and is nearly underivable now. Every time i have to get in my car now I think about how this place screwed me over.

Excellent service! Daniel and Ziya are technical experts. My problem was diagnosed and resolved expeditiously. They were honest, kind, and proactive.
