Called to order tire that was damaged…
Called to order tire that was damaged by a pothole. Received a good o price on the phone. I had already bought 3 tires previously from them. It took 3 trips to have the tire installed. 1st trip tire came very late past the quoted time. Probably not their fault. 2nd visit. Wrong tire was ordered. 3rd time tire was done. Than they were charging me $60.00 more because of the wrong tire that corporate ordered. It would have been nice to be told about this at time of mistake. No opportunity to shop price. I assume that the Mgr called the corporate office to get a discount. Very fast call. I think that this whole process was not very professional. Not very happy with this whole situation.
