Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I bought a pin reader device from them. Manual shows it works on my van model. Tried the device on my van 30 times following procedure on the manuals. It didn't work. Asked for return it back. Had to pay for return postage Got partial refund they held the shipping cost. Was told it is their company T&C. Which is redicilous .Why should customer pay for their business expenses.

I have looked into your purchase, and see that we did everything we could to assist you in troubleshooting the issue, but based on our thorough testing and experience with this tool, it appeared that the problem was related to the vehicle itself, not the tool. Our product has been successfully used by many customers, including those with the same model of van.
Regarding the return, as per our company terms and conditions, it is standard practice for customers to cover return shipping costs unless the product is found to be faulty. In this instance, after reviewing the case, the tool was functioning correctly. We believe it is reasonable that the shipping costs are not refunded in such cases, as this forms part of the business transaction when items are returned for reasons beyond a fault with the product.

Great company to deal with
I purchased a software licence through Maverick and the process was quick and easy. They were fast to respond to facebook messenger messages and helped me identify the correct product to purchase. The licence was delivered by email in a few days and worked perfectly, plus it was much cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer.
