Workmanship of product turned out great !!!

For our Maxxum SR 1800 Matworks created a carpet in the perfect size and color for our boat, which looks like originally, thank you!

Each time that we have had embroidery work done with any item and pattern that we present to them, all has been completed perfectly! Our expectations have been exceeded in every direction! We really appreciate everyone’s efforts!

Unfortunately we were not happy with our experience with Matworks.
Our new carpets arrived with a horrible smell.
We aired them out, sprayed them, did all we could to try to rid the carpet of this horrible smell.
We took the risk of installing them huge mistake. The odor spread throughout our entire boat!
Spent more time and money trying to get rid of our funky odor. We contacted the company they requested we send a piece of the carpet . Upon arrival they believe the carpet had no odor???
I sent photos of all the products we used to try to eliminate the smell. Why would we even bother with all this if we didn’t have the stink issue.
I asked for a refund and or new carpets.
This company has done nothing but waste our time with back and forth emails. Last we spoke I told them to enjoy our $700.00.

From the time I communicated with Andrea I knew I would be happy with the service! After sending in a template, the boat rugs arrived in about 3 weeks! They were beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased! Customer service, quality of the product and ease of installation was superior ! Highly recommend this company!

Great product very timely

Response, completion of the order, and delivery were all slow. Quality was adequate, but craftsmanship, particularly the embroidery were sub par, with characters in a line of text not lining up correctly.

Haven't received my golf cart mat yet, but wow! Great customer service. Very prompt and helpful with all my inquires. Thank you! Really looking forward to getting my golf cart mat.

Easy to use website. Found the exact mat template with dimensions for my recently purchased 20 year old boat. Great choice of colors and asked for sample swatches (free) to see how would look next to seat cushions. Promptly sent.
Customer service actually fairly easy to reach REAL ALIVE PERSON who was delightfull. Accommodated my shipping needs and when shipped on a Monday arrived across US on Thursday.
Reason for 4 star instead of 5 is hopefully get attention of decision makers. I have to install the Snaps (to insure correct placement). Snaps are included, however I had to purchase a tool with correct die to crimp to install snaps. It would have been beneficial to have correct tool included or offered.

Good From a Far but Far from Good. Carpet took 12 weeks for delivery. Was only contacted after 7 weeks that there would be a delay. Communication was poor and when the carpet arrived it does not fit after confirming template.

The mats are well made and fit nicely.

I’m happy I finally got the mats. I thought it would have a deeper pile, but that is okay. Will be installing them today!

It was easy to order and the customer service, at first, was very responsive and helpful in customizing my order (5/13).

Let me preface this all by saying that I am a rather patient person when it comes to retail purchases... The order (two custom mats for my RV - they were referred by a member of a FB group I'm in) was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to fulfill the order as it was during a busy period for them. After the third week came and went, I looked into the website to see if there was any activity on my order, nothing. No big deal, I figured they were a little delayed.

On 6/10 I sent an email to CS and got response two days later stating that "the mats were in embroidery and should be shipped out early next week" also that I would receive the tracking soon. Nine days go by (6/19) I sent another email inquiring about the status of the order, no response from CS.

On 6/24 I send a follow up email to the CS email thread I've been working with and a message directly through their website (kinda getting worried at this point), I get a reply later that day with an apology for the delay as the embroidery group was a "bit of a mess" and that "the mats would be shipped out tomorrow" (6/25). Again, I thank them and wait a little longer.

On 6/27 I finally receive the mats (over six weeks later). The mats looked great, have a high-quality texture and I feel that the price was fair. I likely will order from them again and even recommend Matworks based on the quality of their work and basic CS interaction, which was good, just the extended part was a bit messy. The only reason I can't give them a 4- or 5-star rating was the issue with it taking more than double the time to get the mats done and shipped my way.
