Awful customer service!
I have placed an order for my king size bed from West Elm. The dimensions were not as per the order and the mattress looks smaller from the sides! Surprisingly, when I called to ask why it was not as per my order, the representative said there is no return or change for a costume size mattress without even listening to me!After two hours, they called and suggested changing it, the representative is a big player and manipulative person. He acted as if he is doing me a favour, kept me for two days at home saying his team would come and collect the wrong mattress and change it, they never came and instead everyday that I call to follow up, he changes his word and makes me wait for another day. This took them 5 days so far while he promised 2 days!
I do not recommend this place! Zero customer service

Very bad experience with matresssouq. The mattress that I received seemed of very cheap quality. After contacting many times the customer service to return the mattress, I never managed to get it done, in 2 months. The matresssouq employees I dealt with would never stop lying, telling me they would do it, and nothing happening in 2 months. This is inacceptable. Stay away.
Don not buy from Mattress Souq, matresses received are not as what specified in their web, mattreses receive does not worth 10% of what I paid, they sent latex mattreses of very light weight. In compare with latex mattreses I am currently using since 8 years, the weight are 4 times of the one they sent to me. Mattress souq were contacted but rejected to return them. So do not try to deal with such website.
