Had subscription, for the last month i could not place any orders for HotWheels, tried endlessly to contact them, they replied, they just said sorry after repeating myself a million times what s the problem, my subscription ended and no one replies anymore. Pre orders sent to wrong address , even though they specify they will give you the option to revalidate the address.

Bad customer service
I ordered a Monster high doll and it arrived with the eyes painted horrendously. They told me theres nothing they could do, as they do not offer replacements, and to just return the product.
Wait till it is in the clearance bin
Mattel makes a good product but all their other business practices are awful.
Most recently (and the straw that broke the camels back), was 25% discounts being offered on items that I had delivered less than two weeks ago on pre-order.
There is no incentive to back product and show support, just wait till it is on deep clearance and pick it up in weeks, not even months. To be honest I am not sure I even care enough to do that anymore.

Awful experience again, with a heavy and frustrated heart, am writing to leave some feedback.
I wanted to try and get the new RC release today, I was there at the appropriate time, minutes before, but I was placed in a 10 minute queue, then my cart sold out before I could even grab 1.
Frustrating, looking online, there’s already 14 sellers (it hasn’t even been 1 hour since the drop) on UK ebay, selling this at 3 times the price. It’s an absolute joke that you don’t even try to stop scalping and the bots that plague this hobby.
It’s meant to be a fun, enjoyable hobby. Filled with family and friends, but we’re at a point that it causes frustration, disappointed and anxiety several times per year. What an utter shame and failure.
The brand is no longer built on collectibility, but on FOMO and hype.
I would like to know the reasons behind all of these failed drops, from a customer perspective, but you will not get a reliable answer from them.
Anyway, I’m growing more and more frustrated by your company and have started moving towards more customer oriented businesses, that offer more enjoyment and fun, and less stress.
Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your sanity.

The job consists of giving 40 fake reviews daily. Just by a foto.
The salary was to be paid via a virtual wallet, in bit coins. Avoiding tax payment.
Everything sounds fake and dangerous here.

The car doesn't have a Antenna like the picture shown. I also received this car in the mail.I called the company and explained to them that I only received one car. The paperwork should I have received 2 cars. Also the package that the car came in was open ,and the tape that goes on the package had White wrapping paper on . The company got made at me because the person that shipped the package to me was very dishonest I told Martell Hotwheels. I sent thier product back to them. As long as we keep buying there product they are going to feel we need them.They need us to help the company say in business. It is time that the customer stick together as 1 and we take our power back from them!!!!

Id give negative stars but screw them
I’d do less but screw them. They delivered one of two parcels so I dispute with them and their delivery company DAI and the delivery company close my enquiry before allowing me to dispute saying they’ll ‘investigate’ when we all know that’s a load of shit. Mattel then tell me they’ve delivered it and the matters closed when they’ve only delivered one of two orders I’ve sent. Absurd and pathetic. Mattel get your shit together.

Für gewisse Waren zu kaufen, muss man teuere Mitgleidschaften abschließen. Entscheidet man sich dann dazu ein Model zu kaufen, schaut man meistens in die Röhre.
Man kommt auf Wartelisten die später storniert werden.
Serverzusammenbrüche bei begehrten Sachen sind schon fast der Standart.

UNO! Mobile è un gioco pilotato per farti spendere sempre soldi senza mai darti soddisfazione, anzi; all’inizio sembra un gioco divertente, ma a lungo andare diventa sempre più truccato. Mi sono lasciata manipolare e ho speso parecchio denaro senza alcuna soddisfazione. Ho scritto più volte all’assistenza clienti, ma non ho mai ricevuto soluzioni reali. Pessima esperienza, una perdita di tempo e soldi. Sono certa che i miei soldi abbiano fatto felici gli sviluppatori, peccato che non abbiano migliorato affatto la mia esperienza di gioco. Non scaricate UNO! Mobile, risparmierete soldi e soprattutto salute mentale.

Das Unternehmen Mattel hat einen Club für Sammler von HotWheel Modellautos.Dort bezahlt man eine Gebühr um exklusive Modelle kaufen zu dürfen.Wenn man Glück hat darf man eines dieser Sondermodelle kaufen.Dann gibt es Vorbestellungen für manche Modelle.Das war Dienstag wieder der Fall, doch leider waren die Europäer eher dran als die amerikanischen Sammler.Daher wurden fast allen europäischen Sammlern die Vorbestellungen im Nachhinein gestrichen/storniert.ganz dreiste Firmen Politik hat der Verein :-(

They let people steal out of your cart
I had her in my cart and was going to get her, but they told me they don't take Discover cards, but the week before they let me buy Elvira 😒, so by the time I got the new CC info in, they told me she sold out!!! So I didn't get Emily. So I had her in my cart they should have let me have a minute to get her!

Trashy! Mattel is the worst company yo buy from— particularly Monster High dolls. They do countdowns for dolls online, and the second they are available, you get one in your cart and literally in less than a minutes time they sell out. It makes no sense and it’s happened about 5 times now with different items. This company is nothing but a scalpers paradise and click-bait trash. Stay away from Mattel. 🤡🌎

They’re not very good. Email them and they reply with gibberish. Escalated to CEO. Doesn’t reply. Useless. Went to Amex and did a charge back. End of story. If you want to sort your problem send them a complaint and then submit that as evidence of their poor service. Get your money back. They can reply whenever they like. Move on with life.
