The delivery company should have…
The delivery company should have delivered my mats 31/10/25 they didn’t deliver until 7/11/25 . My house is a new build in the village of Great Ouseburn. Other retailers and delivery companies had been delivering with no problems since we moved in.
It took many emails and phone calls following up before my mats finally got delivered.
Mats 4 U product was great and In loved my new mats they should consider changing their delivery company so it does not impact on the customer experience that could be detrimental to their business.
