I arranged to be picked up at EWR to be sure I'd get home to Westchester promptly. When I landed there was no message from the driver. I called the company at 11:30 pm and after being on hold for a long time was told the driver would be in touch. I heard from him and was told he was stuck in traffic and would be 20 minutes. He arrived 45 minutes later and I did not get home until after 1 am in the morning. I wrote Matrix to ask for a credit for this poor experience and have never heard anything back from them.

The driver was there on time and very professional. The only complaint is that the email with driver’s information and car plate number did not contain the respective information so it was difficult to locate him. Other than that it was a great ride home.

Great professional service. On time pick up and drop off. Extremely satisfied customer.

Car was dirty with garbage strewn about. Driver did not wear mask properly. Car was smaller than what was pre booked.

Excellent service and very professional. They kept me updated about flight changes before the airline did..!! I will use no one other than them from now on. And I recommend them to everyone I know..

We hired Matrix Limos to pick up our daughter at JFK, and were very happy with their service. They sent an email confirming the info a few days before, were there on time, and circled around to pick her up several times after she lost cell phone service. Very professional and polite would definitely use them again.

A perfect trip! Exhausted late at night after a cross-country flight with a pet that was new to me and not happy I was greeted and picked up timely right outside of my baggage pick-up area by a friendly, helpful and skillful driver who assisted me inside, courteous and pleasant all the while. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver did not tail-gate other drivers.
I will use Matrixlimos on other occasions should I need to travel.

I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

My experience with Matrix this time was disappointing. After waiting almost 30 minutes at the airport I called Matrix and was given information for me to call the driver. When I did he said he was getting close to the airport. He didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of my flight. The flight was early, so I waited at the airport for more than an hour. Don't the drivers check on the arrival time?
