Customer service is amazing, the two headcovers I ordered are amazing, so comfortable, well worth the price. I know they will make me feel confident whilst undergoing chemotherapy. I have also ordered a wig because I was so impressed with the quality of the headwear. Hopefully to receive soon.

I had ordered my mom a chemo sleep cap because she is losing her hair from chemo treatments for terminal lung cancer, I took the cap to her when she was in the hospital and she used it while she was there for 2 days. Mom absolutely loved the cap and said it was so comfortable.
When she was medically transported back home they did not bring her sleep cap back and nobody in the hospital could find it. I emailed Alexandra who had been helping me with my order and was just letting her know that my mom enjoyed the sleep cap and let her know what happened and to thank her for her help and kindness with my order.
Today I received an email from Alexandra, she said that she is sending a new sleep cap for mom and she hopes she loves it!

I'm disappointed with Masumi as I received a chemo cap which was faulty (the seam along the top was stirched in a way that stuck up as a ridge on top). There was no returns label with it so I had to pay postage to return it (on top of ghe postage paid to get it). Very disappointing.

Is there somewhere I may track my order?
I ordered on Feb17th and it is March 2nd. seems like ample time to ship items

I was very lucky to win a prize where I got a selection of Masumi hats and I am really happy with them. The hats are all of such a good quality. They are all really soft and comfortable to wear. I love the primrose hat in champagne colour. The hat looks so stylish and fits really well on my head. I love the colour as well. The Dorna hats in the grey black and the grey pink colour are really stylish and I love the striped look of them. My favourite winter hat is the Bianca in brown. It is so soft and comfy and it really keeps you warm in the cold weather. I will definitely be purchasing from Masumi Headwear in the future and I will be recommending them to everyone.

I bought a Bella turban and it's so soft, made mostly of cotton and is perfect for indoors. The colour that I wanted was no longer available but the same day as I ordered it I was contacted and offered other colours which was fine. I received my turban the next day. Excellent service and it kept my head warm while not too hot as did another so called cool chemo turban which was polyester, too tight and much too warm from a different company

Beautiful headwear and great customer service.
I was bought a couple of their chemo hats which weren’t really my taste. The staff at Masumi were so lovely and allowed me to exchange them for 2 beautiful hats that I love. They are so comfortable to wear.

This is the most expensive but by far the best sleep hat that I have. I tend to wear it during the day because it’s cool, comfortable and looks good.

I bought two very nice hats, they are very comfortable, when you wear them you don't feel like you are wearing them because the material they are made of is soft and breathable. They also make you look beautiful! I recommend them
