Excellent service
Excellent service. Products arrived ahead of delivery date quoted when I ordered them. The turbans/ headwear are of soft silky cotton, very comfortable to wear. I love that there is a range of styles and colours. The ones with the long tails give flexibility in how you style them. I do, however, think that they are rather expensive especially for those who need to wear them all the time and so need to buy a larger variety.

The beanie hats stretch during wear.
The beanie hats look great and are very comfortable but because they are mainly cotton they stretch during wear and don’t look so good. They don’t go back to original size when washed. Would not recommend.

Perhaps maybe,there was a fault with this particular item,which in that case, we would like to replace it for you free of charge as we wish you to be 100% happy with all Masumi Headwear products!
Please contact our head office on 0161 282 8843 and we can send you a new one out straight away! Also we recommend to always follow the washing instruction on our headwear, as it is very delicate and we recommend hand wash only.

Gift wrap and message was offered as an…
Gift wrap and message was offered as an option, which I requested. The headwear was to be a surprise gift for my sister-in-law who is undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for an aggressive brain tumour. It arrived without the gift wrap or message, my sister-in-law who has reduced cognitive function at present, was confused and so returned the item. This resulted in her feeling very awkward when she realised that she had rejected a thoughtful gesture.
They contacted and offered a replacement and were genuinely apologetic, so in the end everyone was happy.

Disappointing
The item looked good and was comfortable to wear but every time I turned my head or moved it, the hat 'walked' so I have constantly had to keep pulling it down to make sure it covered my head. Maybe it just isn't big enough or my head is too big! Disappointing!
