It started that I looked for energy suppliers due to taking a business (Pub) over. Date been given by the Pub company was the mid Feb 25. So they rung me up and told me this and that and then I got the docu sign and there have been 1 or 2 things sounding a bit different but working at the same time I signed as the guy on the phone sounded ok. As soon as I checked what market tracked meant I rang back and wanted to cancel as this was not said in the phone conversation we hat. Not possible they said. Signed and no cooling off period. Unlucky me, the Pub company been dragging the signing out due to missing reports and the contract was signed on the 8th of April starting on the 11th of April. To long for them to wait taking the gas and electric over, So now I am apparently in breach of contract and they want the amount of just over 10k from me as compensation. They wanted to sign me up with Ruby Energy (owner in prison for Fraud). So who ever you want to use as a broker if you hear Master Energy Services UK just put the phone down!
