Cool Nights At Last – Outstanding Aircon Installation!

Absolutely outstanding service from Mastercraft Plumbing Heating & Cooling Ltd. They fitted my air conditioning unit quickly, professionally and left everything spotless afterwards. The whole process from quote to installation was smooth and stress free.

The difference it’s made is unbelievable, especially with the hot weather. I can finally sleep at night in peace instead of melting into the mattress like a forgotten ice lolly. 😅 Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for air conditioning installation done properly.

Emergency call Monday PM due to water…

Emergency call Monday PM due to water gushing from boiler and loud noises, Martin assured me that he would arrange to visit asap and look at the issue. Call from Gary within the hour to book a 7am visit as would travel early to fit me in before going to other job. Attended exactly as promised and found all the issues and explained would get me a quote and order parts etc. Called back within 2hrs with a quote which I found more than reasonable and returned next day to carry out all the works included gas safety check of my other appliances.
I found everyone so polite and helpful and the attitude to work is refreshing. Fully kept informed during works and 5 Star service.
I would not hesitate to recommend and will be using again for all my works.

(Gary likes dogs also) Sorry about the barking!!

Sir Lancelot

Another plumber recommended Mastercraft Plumbing to us . Gary came the next day to repair our boiler. Very happy with the work carried out and how quickly it was done that’s why I’ve given 5 stars. Would definitely use again.

Definitely 10 out of 10 in all respects

Gary was recommended to us by a relative and we are highly satisfied with the work undertaken and process followed. Firstly he visited to assess/agree the work required and on the repair date he arrived on time and got straight down to business completing the tasks in a timely manner.
Gary obviously takes great pride in his work, is very knowledgeable and communicates without jargon! We'd have no hesitation in utilising/recommending his services in the future.
