You were courteous in the process of putting me into your system instead of my wife; and you were more than prompt delivering "my" first order (and packaged excellently). Well done!

So much integrity with Master Supplements. I’ve been doing business with them for 15 years- science backed and tested. Same people working there with friendly, helpful, intelligent advice. Superior products that work. Pleased with every product that I’ve used which includes about 15. Unlike other companies, they are caring and compassionate all the way
from folks taking orders to the owners. I’d work for this company if I could.

I discovered the educational videos
I discovered the educational videos. They are valuable to gain an understanding of the products. The Lumbrokinase that you have tested well. It use to be you could get higher strengths. But lately it is difficult to find the potency. I am glad I discovered yours.

I wanted the 50 unit product I got the 30 unit product. It was not made clear to me when I ordered that I'd receive the 30 unit product. I am wondering what the 30 unit is about.
Anyway,I ordered the 50 unit from Professional Supplement Center so I would get what I wanted.

I am so sorry for the delayed response on this review platform but perhaps you were able to get into contact with our Customer Service team? Since 2003 we have had our 30 capsules versions and they are excellent products, the Doctor and Patient versions, do have 50 capsules and are more expensive for a bottle but you do save on the per capsules price. For all of our products we have a full money back guarantee and since it has been so long I feel obliged to send you a free bottle. Again, sorry for the confusion while ordering and not getting back to you sooner!

I checked the ingredients and was surprised that Aspergilis niger was one of your ingredients. I believe

Hi Geralyn, I am so sorry that this wasn't responded to sooner via this review platform but hopefully you were able to contact one of our staff members via phone or e-mail to get an explanation. Some enzymes are fermented of off substrates like bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms. After the fermentation process the original substrate material is no longer traceable in the enzyme itself. I hope this helps!
Very good delivery service .

Your experience matters to us! Just know that we have a full money-back guarantee so while, high-potency probiotics are expensive to produce, if you don't get the results you're looking for, you get your money back! Most companies don't do that but for over 20 years we have had an excellent track record and rarely get returns. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Great company-great product
I have had a great experience with Master Supplements. I received my Theralac order sooner than expected and when I called with a question about refrigeration of the product I was answered in a very pleasant and helpful manner. Would definitely recommend.
