We received a comprehensive review of the infection risks for visiting South Africa and Zambia, and good recommendations for what protection measures (eg injections / tablets) we should consider,
We were disappointed that we had to wait 15 minutes after our appointment time before we were seen.

Great service
My queries were answered promptly and appropriate advice was given to me about vaccinations required for travel. I am very pleased with the bookings process too, it was quick to book an appointment and I got my vaccines in time for travel.

Location, location location.
Parking unless one is very lucky, is a nightmare.
Door arrangements also, unless one arrives at precisely the right time.
The entry code sent in advance didn't work.
If ,as we did, you have to walk almost 0.5 km from parking and wait on the doorstep for 10 mins in the windy,cold rain and pay £120 for 2 pieces of paper how can you expect a good review?
The changes are very obvious.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The customer service team was extremely polite, professional, and kind in all their responses to me. The nurse who attended to me was also very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly and in the best possible way. Even when I needed to reschedule my appointment, the process was swift and very easy. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided.

we contacted MASTA on the number given…
we contacted MASTA on the number given to us by our GP surgery. Who we spoke too was very helpfull and completed an appointment for us with a MASTA office close to us.
We attended at the appointed time and date. We had a constructive meeting with the nurse regarding our requirements for our holiday to Jamaica. We had one vaccination each. Very happy with service provided and information given.

Really unimpressed with the whole…
Really unimpressed with the whole experience.
Unhelpful consultation, during which I almost wanted to apologise for daring to ask questions. Borderline rude behaviour by the health assistant I went to see.
Not a single word about enormous shortages in vaccinations/medication. Was only told days before travelling leaving me with little alternatives.
Would 10/10 not recommend.
