After listening back to your telephone consultation we understand you were referred to MASTA by your GP after the nurse had asked if you were able to receive any vaccinations from your GP. Unfortunately, access to NHS travel vaccinations varies widely across GP practices, and many are unable to provide them which is often why patients are directed to private services such as ours.
Although we do clearly state on our website that MASTA operates as private travel health providers, we do accept that this could have been reinforced more clearly during your consultation. While this is not a formal requirement, we recognise that clearer communication may have prevented confusion and concern regarding costs.
We would like to reassure you that there is no intention to mislead and we take feedback like this seriously and are reviewing our internal processes to strengthen clarity for future clients.

A rushed experience
Comfortable consultation room but the appointment seemed far too rushed. By all accounts a wider appointment slot would be beneficial to both nurse and patients when discussion is needed

Waste of time
Waste of time. Took a booking fee. A nurse then called to confirm our details. Went to pharmacy for the vaccine as booked and no medicine had arrived. Was told to return the next day. Went back - no medicine had arrived again. No contact to tell me not to waste my time going. Made a third trip for a successful vaccination but was over charged. Went back to the pharmacy for a fourth time to get a refund of the over charge. Utterly hopeless. Will never use the service or pharmacy again. The poorest service possible. Complete waste of time.

Good but difficult to find
For Dublin's clinic in Sandyford:
Once you finally reach the clinic, all is good đ
But it would be very useful to automatically give the directions to find the clinic for new clients, because I've found Beacon South Quarter very very badly signposted. The Cube Offices are not even indicated on the maps or signs.
The maps do label -as "P23"- the building I entered to find the first mention of Masta and the way to the clinic, but their legends don't list "P23" to name it.
So, it might be useful to specify to new clients that they need to enter what is called "P23" on the maps.
I didn't show up at the first appointment because I spent almost 1 hour searching for the clinic (thanks you didn't charge me this).
But what probably happens with half of your clients is that they arrive late and lie about the schedule of their appointment. Or they simply don't show up, then out of guilt and to avoid being charged for their missed appointment, they book at another clinic in Dublin.
Precisely indicating the way in advance might significantly reduce the number of missed appointments, and maybe even increase the number of new clients (those who would flee the non-show-up fee instead of booking again).
