The truth is, you oversell your VPS resources. Too many customers on the same infrastructure, which kills performance for everyone. And I’m not the only one saying this. Other reviews describe the exact same issues Slow I/O and terrible performance

This company is the best at making you suffer. Terrible service, awful staff, and the only thing they recommend is memory and CPU upgrades. But the problem is them; they try to make you spend more money but don't improve the service. Slow speeds, low I/O, you can't do anything with this garbage. I hope they close soon and lose all their customers because I don't think they'll last.

I purchased the Massive Grid VPS. The RDP keeps rebooting and disconnecting intermittently, making it completely unreliable for EA trading. Constant interruptions make this VPS unusable for trading purposes. Very disappointing experience.

I have been using your product continuously for about a year. It has issues😕 if it works well one week, the following week it often doesn't work or slowdown properly, and every one or two months it has completely down and stopped working

Poor performance servers. Pricing is cheap but servers function poorly. They ask for upgrades to VDS which are costly yet performance does not match pricing. Overall, you can use for testing but not production.

MassiveGRID is by far the worst company I’ve encountered in the hosting industry.

I spent over a week trying to resolve a basic network issue, dealing with multiple incompetent support agents. I provided clear evidence of the problem (speed tests, packet loss, etc.), and they promised to escalate it to their “network department.”
A week later, I found out that my request was never even forwarded to them.

After wasting hours more chatting with their support, I finally managed to get a refund — but only after persistent pressure.

To anyone considering their services: don’t. Save your time and sanity.

And to MassiveGRID: I suggest hiring technical staff who actually understand how computers and networking work — because right now, your team exists only on paper.
