Good customer service
When ordering it was stated that th goods would be delivered in 2 weeks it came in 3 weeks but the bank holiday came midway through the 2 weeks so I was happy with this.I was informed when the order was complete and also when it was being dispatched.I would order from this company again,as the apron badge and the collar jewel were of good guality

Ignores emails, doesn't answer phone, doesn't deliver goods!
Ordered a package on 4th March, showing as in stock with 1-2 business day delivery. No further communications have been received from Regalia Store - despite several emails and use of the 'chat' function on the website. I have tried calling their London phone number (for a Sheffield based store!?) at different times of day but never an answer, and no reply to voicemails. No option to cancel the order on the website and get my money back. Not a good experience.
