Fraude????!!!!
Encomendei um candeeiro e recebi a confirmação da compra. Passado alguns dias uma mensagem dizendo que a encomenda vinha a caminho.
Passaram-se alguns dias e nada de encomenda. Procurei ver o estado da encomenda e apenas surge a mensagem de que está a caminho. Enviei vários emails e não obtive resposta . Enviei mensagem pelo watsapp que aparece na página e nenhuma resposta.
Até hoje, já passou um mês e nenhuma resposta e nada de encomenda.
Sinto-me enganada e aviso a todos para NÃO COMPRAR NADA A ESTÁ MARCA!!!! Infelizmente, só vi os péssimos feedbacks depois da encomenda

Please do not buy – this is classic dropshipping from China.

I came across this shop through a “great deal” on Instagram and assumed it was a Spanish retailer. After purchasing a lamp for CHF 700, I didn’t hear anything for a full month, even though the product was supposed to be shipped within 10 days.

After contacting support, I did receive a very friendly reply. The product finally arrived after about 1.5 months. However, when unpacking it, three of the six lamps were already broken on the side and some screws were missing.

Only afterwards did I take a closer look at the reviews – unfortunately too late. So my clear recommendation: Do not order from this shop. It appears to be cheap dropshipping products from China.

You can already tell from the packaging that the quality is very low. I work in the fashion industry and also collaborate with partners in Hong Kong, so I know that high-quality products can absolutely come from China. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Even if you receive another very friendly response from support – don’t fall for it.

Unfortunately I had an open case about…

Unfortunately I had an open case about a misunderstanding in payment for the past months with Masia Cadaques due to the payment provider Klarna.

Besides me explaining everything about the case very calm and in detail I received only messages that were not tend to find a solution nor find an ending to the case. In the end I payed just for the sake of closing the case and I did not write a bad review (although I really wanted to do so in first place).

As they started texting me new messages now (again!!) after paying I cannot stop myself but warn everyone. The product is really (nice) but as soon as customer service gets involved it will become messy! I explained everything several times and sent screenshots of the full payment and still I receive messages like „you did not pay“

CHEAP/TINY "DESIGNER FURNITURE" FROM CHINA

I bought the Dallas Couch for 1600 Euros (I used the Black Friday special for 400 Euros less, normally prized at 2000 Euros) from Masia Cadaques, a supposed designer furniture store from Spain. What I received instead was a cheap and tiny imitation from China. Not only were the fabrics used for the couch far from high-grade; what made the matter even worse was the fact, that the measurements were completely incorrect. Please be careful regarding the measurements to begin with, if you know the original couch from B & B Italia UP 5_6, you will be shocked by the offered size already. But what I received was even far from the original sofa, sold by Masia Cadaques. The couch was quite a bit smaller than claimed, to be frank, it is a complete joke. If the couch would not cost 1600/2000 Euros, it would actually be amusing. A child of maximum 8-12 years can sit in it comfortably, but a grown-up looks like an enormous giant in the couch. I of course attached pictures, so you can see, what a joke this couch actually is. Masia Cadaques sent the couch in a tiny cardboard-box, using vacuum packaging, which I obviously do not have at home. So it is literally impossible to send the couch back in the original box, honestly no chance. I asked customer service to refund 50% of the money from the product, because the entire affair is simply fraud, not more, not less. After they realized I was not kidding, they did not reply my emails anymore, even after I informed them, that I would post a very detailed report of the entire matter. So they have not replied in 10 days and they probably won’t reply anymore. They might comment my post, to cover up the matter, best they can. But don’t be mistaken, this is fraud and a horrible rip-off. They are selling „designer furniture“ for high prices, but what you get is a cheap Chinese imitation, which is also far from average sized furniture. Please check out my pictures and you will clearly see, what I am referring to. SO BE CAREFUL, DO NOT WIRE THEM MONEY!

The statement from them is NOT correct! The measurements were false, and I would of course post pictures to prove this, but Trust Pilot does not offer this function unfortunately. But be careful. the statement from this company is false!

Really poor experience from the start

Really poor experience from the start. Delivery took ages (weeks to arrive) and when it finally did, the quality of the product is really low. I wish I had read these reviews before. 600€ lamp that looks like it costs 40€. I’ve been away so I can’t even return it. Not happy at all.

This is a scam

This is a scam — do not buy from this store.
I ordered lamps and the quality is shockingly poor, the cheapest I have ever seen. I paid €99 per lamp and honestly wouldn’t pay €10 for them.

The products look nothing like the photos. Many elements appear to be heavily photoshopped and do not reflect reality at all.

Returning the items is impossible: customer service is completely unresponsive. Save your money and avoid this seller.

Overpriced chinese lowest quality crap (Fiona Lamp)

The company appears as Spanish designer shop, but when you buy, what you actually receive will deeply dissapoint you. I paid 500 euro for Fiona lamp, which came from China in the worst possible packaging. It will take me weeks to clean all polystyren balls from crashed box. And the lamp inside? The lowest and cheapest quality crap. If I'd see this in the shop I wouldn't pay even 10% of the price they ask for. Big dissapointment!

I strongly advise against shopping at this store! They are extremely irresponsible. They are scammers! I bought a lamp in November. Standard delivery. The shipment was supposed to arrive at the end of December. I still haven't received the goods. I sent numerous emails asking for information – all I received was assurances that I would receive the package. And constant thanks for my trust. I sent further emails – no specific information about where my package was or when it would arrive. I decided that, in accordance with applicable consumer law, I would demand a refund. No response. Nothing! A complete scam. I haven't received the lamp, I haven't received the money. Nothing! Not even an answer as to what they will do. Don't buy there. It's supposedly a Spanish store, but they ship the goods from China. Please – buy from local stores in your own country. Don't be fooled like I was. I lost my money!!!

Dropshipping chinese trash

This company isn’t legit and after a bit of research looks totally same as ”Maisonfigueras” that reviews trustpilot recommends on this page. :)

This isn’t some Spanish family business, but someone dropshipping cheap garbage from China which takes ages to arrive and once it does it’s not even packaged properly. You can literally find the same lamps they sell from Alibaba etc marketplaces for fraction of the price - if you like trash.

I’m glad I didn’t spend much, avoid buying here.

Buyer beware: Unacceptable quality and unfair return policy

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Quality is unacceptable for a CHF 229 chair. When you press it, it feels and sounds like plastic bags inside (loud crinkling). A normal chair—even a cheap one—should have foam or proper filling. This does not feel like normal upholstery construction.

It also doesn’t match the website photos. Their photos show the curved/joint area smooth with no wrinkles, but the item I received has visible wrinkles/poor finishing in that exact area.

Shipping/packaging was shockingly unprofessional, worse than TEMU/AliExpress. The box had a large sheet of postage stamps stuck on it, and the overall presentation did not match the “professional brand” image.

They present themselves as an EU/Spain-based brand and claim they have their own factory. If that’s true, they should stand behind basic quality control and a fair return process. Instead, customer service Martin pushed a replacement/voucher first, then insisted I must pay return shipping from Switzerland because “it’s their policy”, and they would refund only after receiving the item. That means the customer absorbs the cost and risk for a not-as-described product.

This is not a change-of-mind return. I have photos/videos documenting everything. I do not recommend this company.

p.s. To clarify: they have not provided any prepaid return shipping label, and the communication has been ongoing back-and-forth. I also have not received any refund from the merchant. The payment/refund is currently on hold with Klarna, because I chose Klarna for buyer protection as I was unsure about this company. Klarna has already stepped in and is handling the case.

We would be delighted if you could provide photos of the chair so that everyone who reads this review can see that the chair you received is the same one we sell on our website. It is exactly the same.

To conclude this review, we would like to emphasize that this customer received a refund for their order and kept the chair we sent. Therefore, we don't understand the negative review, as the customer benefited by receiving the exact chair advertised on the website and also keeping their money back.

A Chinees front shop

A Chinese front shop. Money was wirhdrawn right after order was placed in violation of EU-law (in their comments below they still dont understand facts or the law). After 10 days I had to ask for a tracking number. It seemed like they forgot the order without any infomation given. I received the product almost a month after the order was placed. The lamp came from a Chineese company. When I received the lamp two of the shades had fallen of the product, and the product is of low quality with cheap LED-band instead of light bulps. I paid EUR 700 and I feel scammed. The lamp should be priced at around EUR 150 to equal the quality.

Below the company now claims that the tracking number must have been lost in a spam filter. Not true, I have an e-mail from them where they admit that they did not send the product in the first place.

If you want to use your right of withdrawl you’ll have to send it to China at your own cost. They indicate 5 different shipping countries on different places, and their T&C’s are illegal on cardinal points.

The Company has nothing to do with Spain. There is no Spanish company registration and its not possible to see who ownes the domain name.

In short, dont buy anything here!
