It is well over a year from my initial review and no effort has been made by this company to contact me or actually send the product I thought I had ordered from them in all this time. It's only after Trustpilot contacted me to see if I wanted to keep my review active, they've decided to get in touch with a message reminding me that I did click OK in the terms and conditions (PLEASE READ T&Cs extra carefully) and to offer to guide me through their registration system ... I have still not received the product I purchased, this cost if forever lost plus I did not want to sign up to a subscription and fail to see how customers can be 'happy' to pay a cancellation fee to get out of a higher cost of something they do not want in the first place. What products do they offer? Where is the customer service?? Still a scam.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just filed an official complaint with the local police regarding an online company based in Cyprus called MASH Skincare. Instead of an email confirmation for the product I had just purchased, I received a gold membership and some supposed credits for the amount I had just spent. Furthermore, I had inadvertedly agreed to a subscription of €44.50 which would be automatically renewed in 14 days and can only be cancelled with 30 days advance notice. Or immediately, if you pay €4.95.
It's a scam, do not buy from this website

Je suis victime de la même fraude très bien décrite dans les avis. Prélèvement frauduleux de 44,90 € pour un Abonnement fait à mon insu. Nouveau prélèvement de 4,90 € quand je leur ai écrit que je n’avais Rien acheté ni souscrit d’abonnement auprès de leur entreprise pour ce montant. J’ai dû faire opposition sur ma CB. Le site frauduleux refuse de me rembourser de sorte que je vais porter plainte pour les obliger à cesser leurs agissements frauduleux

NO SON DE FIAR…
A través de Google encontré un enlace (Trustpilot no permite ponerlo aquí y tampoco puedo poner una imagen de la página web) que te llevaba a una página de Mashskincare con el artículo que estaba buscando y que aparecía con un precio muy rebajado, pero me generaba dudas sobre su autenticidad ya que desde esta página no te permite acceder a ningún apartado del sitio web (inicio de sesión/registro, categorías, buscar, inicio, tienda, sobre nosotros, atención al cliente, etc. etc.), salvo, eso sí, realizar la compra sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, entrando al sitio web (Mashskincare.com) todo funciona correctamente, pero el precio es mucho más alto.
Afortunadamente yo no he caído en su trampa ya que, ante la supuesta web falsa o empleada como señuelo para que compres un determinado y único artículo con un precio muy rebajado, contacté vía chat y vía e-mail con un resultado totalmente nefasto. No responden a lo que tú preguntas y te dicen poco más que realices la compra y que luego ya te informarán.
Si te arriesgas y haces el pedido, automáticamente te hacen miembro para pagar una cuota cada 15 días, que aunque lo puedes cancelar antes de esos 15 días te cargarán 4,95€. Pero lo peor es que te expones a que no te llegue nada o te envíen una falsificación que si quieres devolver será a tu costa.
Así que mejor no arriesgarse.
Añado ahora que la respuesta de Mashskincare, 16 meses después, no viene a cuento. Es la misma o casi igual a la que hace a todo el mundo que ha opinado aquí (algo así como un copia y pega para todos/as), y que no aclara, pero tampoco desmiente nada sobre lo expuesto por mí al principio de este comentario/opinión.

Una empresa fraudulenta
Una empresa fraudulenta. Compre un producto en oferta, con su foto, con su precio rebajado y sin ninguna condición para pagar el precio rebajado y resultó que me hicieron una suscripción en el que te quitan de tu cuenta cada 15 días una cuota. Me di de baja desde que me di cuenta del fraude y me cobraron 4.95 euros por cancelación que no te informan en ningún sitio que tiene coste de anulacion. Cuidado es un fraude y utilizan publicidad engañosa.

This online cosmetics shop is running a…
This online cosmetics shop is running a scam and likely making thousands of GBP (British pounds) per day.
I had never heard of Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) and had never ordered of them before.
However, Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) sent me a text message here in Portugal which had no descriptive information about the name of their business or products. The text message just read "A €2.00 delivery tax fee must be paid before we deliver your package". They provided a link to a payment page.
I assumed this was regarding a DHL package that I was awaiting. After I paid the €2. fee with my credit card I received an mail message from Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) that I was now subscribed to their service for €6. per month, (+ the €2. fee for a delivery)
This is obviously a scam. If they send out a few thousand messages like this each day, they are making good money from people who won't bother disputing a charge of a few Euros.
I can send you screen shots of the text messages and payment page so that you can see how they are tricking people.
This needs to be stopped.
