They are thieves

They are thieves. NEVER buy from them. They sold me a coffee maker that doesn't work and the support is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I contacted Behmor, the manufacturer of the coffee maker that I purchased through the Mashable Shop and got this from them;

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry to hear you are having this issue. Unfortunately, this is an unauthorized sale from Mashable. We have been having issues with retailers selling used and damaged products and have asked Mashable to stop.

The DADO app can’t be connected to used or refurbished units and DADO shut down all new enrollees. Only existing accounts can be accessed, no new ones can be created at this time.

You will need to return the brewer to Mashable and tell them you need a full refund.

The minute I registered with them I started receiving scam emails, every day! I still receive emails and have to block them every time. I purchased a Project Management bundle course and it redirected me to stackskills-com. another scam website with stolen content.

Do NOT Buy, They're A Partnership Scammer!

This merchant is a scammer that partners with their supplier! I purchased a Levimoon® // Moon through Mashable Shop and it will not levitate no matter what I do! I noticed the the base of the unit gets very hot to the touch almost to the point of singeing my fingers.

Here is Mashable's response:
I'm so sorry to hear your Levimoon may not be working as intended. I've reached out to the vendor of this product to resolve your issue, and to potentially send a replacement if they are unable to troubleshoot the issue. In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could send us a photo or video illustrating the defect with your item, which would help us expedite resolution.

My Response:
There's nothing to photograph! Did you read my note? How does someone photograph heat? How does someone photograph the lack of levitation? How does someone photograph a rocking base on a flat surface? Should I go on?

Mashable's response:
My apologies for the confusion. I was hoping to get any evidence whatsoever so we could send it to our vendor partner.
Anyway, I went ahead and contacted our vendor partner and I believe they have already reached out to you and resolved the issue. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to email us.

My Response:
You are mistaken, the vendor, Levimoon has NOT resolved the issue with the device. I am still waiting for a replacement that works. If I don't get the issue resolved regarding the defective Levimoon by January 06, 2020, I will have no other recourse but to contact my credit card company.

Please expedite the replacement process by issuing a return shipping label with a RMA number.

After several email exchanges, they tell me it's too late to return the defective product. It sounds to me that they delayed on purpose!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought a massage gun and they shipped it through a bogus Chinese freighter. The item never arrived, when you check the tracking site it's been in some sort of limbo for 2 months. The company acknowledges I never received the item but doesn't want to take responsibility and refuses to give me a refund. They keep saying they are trying to contact the freighter and now have stopped responding to my emails. So I lost my money. I'm trying to get my credit card company to help. Do not purchase anything from this company

Don’t purchase anything from Mashable

I purchased a fitness streaming service two weeks ago. I was sent a link to a non secure redemption website that required me to upload personal information in order to redeem the “offer” that I purchased. After about 10 conversations with Olivia, and repeatedly sending screenshots of the non secure website I was offered a credit. Like the other comments above, Mashable makes you think you are purchasing something from them, when in fact the transaction on my PayPal statement was with stackcommerce. I was told by Mashable that they couldn’t refund my money because they had already paid the vendor, stackcommerce. Olivia kept telling me that stackcommerce would contact me but they never did. I finally contacted stackcommerce and an Olivia was the customer service representative which made me think that the same fake Olivia was handling my complaint for both Mashable and stackcommerce and that they are really the same company. Olivia #2 had no resolution either. “”She” sent me the same link to the same non secure website. I’m disputing the charges through PayPal. I don’t see how Mashable or stackcommerce are still in business. Quite the scam they have going to just keep blaming different divisions of their company. Do not buy from them!!

Avoid!

Avoid!! I have been waiting 2 months for an item that has been repeatedly sent to the wrong address. Despite half a dozen contacts by me, they have been unwilling to provide a refund or get the item sent to the correct address - so I am now having to go through the PayPal dispute process to recover my funds.

This company is nothing but a scam

Bought some software through mashable. It was a piece of crap. Asked for a refund and the response was their policy was no refunds. Stack commerce is the selling agent. They’re worthless. Buyer beware.

1/16/20 - BUYER BEWARE:This is a direct quote from a Mashable agent via email: "To clarify, we're an online marketplace through which vendors sell their products for a great price. Items come directly from the vendor, so we never keep inventory in-house. Because of this, most vendors bulk ship their items through a carrier, so we're not able to offer expedited shipping or control the shipping time on our end."

SO THEY GET YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY AND YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT WHENEVER???? STILL WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR MINE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disabled and 73, purchased Mac mini used version 2014, said haif price it's Jan.2020, 3 year warranty and setup account get 10%off, total$412. Charge to my credit card. Then Fed ex doesn't ring my downstairs bell that rings my phone. Later find Drop tag on door, they don't ring my door upstairs in building or knock. Tell me to travel very far, to pickup. Though around corner is FedEx store. I try find number to call customer service from Mashable or Stack from their emails and tracking number. No customer service, I call FedEx make complaint. They say supervisor or manager will call.No call, next day they email delivery by 8pm I wrote Mashable each email came back non deliverable. I contact the Warranty company after telling FedEx to return to sender. Cancel order. Still waiting to hear from company, warranty company gave me a number, only recording. Horrible company, would never buy from them, probably will have to fight to get my refund from credit card company even though I cancelled and never accepted the package. Told the FedEx don't deliver it.

Do not buy from this company , they sell inferior products and will not take them back. I bought ear buds that they claim were a quality product. They are junk . I will never purchase from them again .

I placed an order on 12/6 with an expected delivery date of 12/14-12/21. Perfect for Christmas right? On 12/17 I received an email saying my order shipped with a new expected delivery of 12/18-12/26. On 12/23 I emailed customer service complaining because I bought a product as a Christmas gift and it still had not arrived. When I track the shipment with the tracking number provided, there is no information and it says USPS is still waiting for the package. It is now 1/2/2020 and I still do not have a package. I also cannot get an email back from customer service. I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased! Now I have no item and I have lost the money that I spent. I am very unhappy with this service!

They sell products they don’t have.

I ordered a product on December 9th. It is now December 30th and I still haven’t received anything. The company blames a delay in customs but I don’t believe them. They offer a $5 credit but that’s completely useless. I want a refund and can’t get one. Company is a bunch of crooks and customer service is terrible

Curriculum was inaccurate, I don't think anyone had QC'd it. The staff just kept asking me to send them the incorrect information. Seriously, you are not paying me to BETA test this curriculum. I paid you.

Bad Customer Service and Product Was Defective

Mashable Shop is a scam. I ordered a coffee maker from the site. It shipped quickly but when i received the product it didn't work at all. The coffee maker wouldn't turn on and made no noise. I emailed customer service they asked for pictures which i sent of a perfectly fine looking coffee maker (pointless) except for the fact it doesn't turn on.

I never heard from the customer service department again. I submitted another email via their website which i did not get any reply from.

Two lessons I learned buy appliances on a credit card and stick to sites like amazon.
