Ordered and received item but it is lower quality than I was expecting. Zip has now broken after two wears. I've emailed them but absolutely no reply.

This is a scam, false website, company based in China, the goods you order will be cheap and awful and not resemble the online photos in any way. You won’t get any response whatsoever from them. Avoid at all costs.

Beyond awful - do not waste your money on this company. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They were all the random sizes, terrible quality and with defects. I emailed the company daily for 2 weeks for a return and refund, and never received a reply. A total waste of money and time.

I believed this company was in the uk but it was some time before I received the order as it was sent from abroad. I ordered a knitted cardigan but on receiving it was fabric of a photcopy image of knitting. It was horrible. I have tried several times via email to get a return address but each time the email bounced. I raised a query from their web site but heard nothing and then could not even use their web site, it became unavailable Mary-Jane.co.uk. One big SCAM.

Scam site order arrived after a month and quality very poor and bad fit unbearable. Cannot get in contact for return or money bad very cross.

Never order from this company. I learned my lesson not reading reviews. If I would have I would safe myself money awful product and customer service nowhere to be found. I don’t understand how influencers actually can recommend companies like this. They should do their research before posting products from such companies. But my mistake for not reading reviews. Pls don’t buy from this company.

I would even leave 1 star!! Unfortunately I’ve found the reviews too late!

I agree with all other reviews. However this merchant is now trading the same goods on Instagram under the name ‘Evelynandflora’. I have complained to Instagram but they say that the ad ‘does not go against our Community standards on fraud or scam’ and have refused to remove it. Be warned.

warning!! This is a scam company claiming it’s in the uk! Brought shoes.. 6 weeks later cheap damaged plastic things arrived.. thank heavens my credit card refunded me.. Why can I not put 0!!!

No information on how to return, only to email. All emails go unanswered.

THIS IS A SCAM!! I ordered two jumpsuits which were not what I was expecting. They will not reply to your emails to return the items, so basically send you the cheap looking clothes and you can’t get your money back. It’s a total scam. I’ve emailed them about 6 times over the last week. Nothing. Total waste of my money.

Do not order from this web site, material is rubbish and cannot get a retuns label. No reply from a number of emails.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering a cardigan for my mum. It's been ages and nothing received, yet they took the money weeks ago. They don't reply to any emails. What a waste of money. I'm going to contact my credit card company and reverse the payment

Purchased two items via a FB add that eventually turned up & were disgusting. Inferior quality, nothing like the picture. Lost count the amount of times I’ve emailed to return them. No response whatsoever. Extremely frustrating. I also think FB should vet these companies as they are scamming people all the time.

Avoid! Advertising scam. Quality is so bad - looks nothing like the photos - cheaply made product and you’ll get no response when requesting a return/refund. Definitely not a British company like it says on the site.

Ordered a £35 jacket that looks nothing like item advertised- poor quality, different pattern and fleecy material (not as stated).

I’ve requested a refund 3 times and have had no response whatsoever. I’m annoyed at myself for purchasing this from an instagram AD. Avoid!!!!

I bought a coat and it smelt of fish and was disgusting. They won’t answer my emails to refund and I have now contacted my bank to withdraw the payment as it’s a fraudulent website

This is a scam website! Do not order. The order took weeks to arrive and was not the item i ordered. I have been trying to contact them from the day i placed the order which was a month ago. No reponse. Theres no return information. I cant see anyone else has had any positive experiences with them.
Can anyone help point me in the direction of getting this fraudulant site shut down?? This should not be allowed to happen.
