Fraudulent products. They are “replica” and not real. These copies are low quality. I requested a refund and over the course of a month they have still not provided return instructions.

I was a little leery after I had placed my order. I immediately received an acknowledgement email which stated 8 - 12 days to ship. Then, no progress email. I sent an inquiry email requesting update on shipping, no reply. I looked at the reviews and got nervous and I considered canceling my order via credit card. I said to myself "let's be patient and wait 12 days if necessary". On the 11th day I got an email stating my package had shipped. I think it was another 5 days until I received it. When it arrived it was packaged neatly and well protected. I opened it and I was amazed at the quality. I ordered an Ozzy Osbourne long coat. It's not costume level quality. It's much better. The details are great. The material is cotton with a lining. Just as described. The size is exactly as described. I ordered a large and im about a 44R jacket and it fits perfectly. Not too snug but not loose. I realized that I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to my expectations with regards to communication. This comes from Pakistan. I would purchase again.

These people are such scam artists the product id junk and so ill fitting, nothing as pictured and they do not respond to any refund or return requests I ordered the Lady Di Harvard University sweatshirt it came up to my waist, with like a huge elastic band, I could hardly get the neck over my head and the fabric was already pilling. Just a piece if crap $112 US my shipment arrived from the Philippines about two months time. I have sent them numerous emails requesting refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.

You might get lucky and receive what you ordered, but on the HUGE chance you don't, they do not honor their "easy returns" policy.
Now, I got my jacket in a timely manner- no months-long wait - but the SF Giants starter jacket I ordered came in a very pretty deep blue. Not as blue as my Technics earbuds, but still very blue. Last time I checked, the Giants are still rocking BLACK n orange.
I can't seem to get anyone to respond. Sent pics and all. Emailed sales, customer service, and even DM's in Instagram.

I’m not convinced this site is not a scam. I placed an order but needed to cancel so I reached out. Once I reached out I was told the item was cancelled. I did not receive any confirmation email or anything that my order was cancelled just an email of their word. I email them again inquiring with no resolve, this is about 2 weeks of waiting. Realizing that I pretty sure they had no intention of refunding me, I opened a claim with PayPal. Within 3 days I receive a confirmation email from the site that my order has been refunded and a PayPal email that the case has been resolved. Can confidently confirm I will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a 12th doctor jacket earlier this month for an upcoming fan convention, and when the order appeared stuck in processing I emailed multiple times and didn't get a response until I complained to PayPal. Then when it finally did arrive, the fabric was too stiff (it was advertised as soft velvet) and the details were wrong. I complained to PayPal again after trying to set up a return with them and getting no response, and I was able to mail it back, but it cost about $60 and they didn't give me a tax ID so it might get stuck in customs. And I looked at the invoice sent with the item (which was for an entirely different address/company in Pakistan), and on there the "velvet" coat was listed as sheep leather. Don't do business with these people.

A joke of a company. I ordered a Carhartt jacket. It took 3 emails before I got a response on where my jacket was. Finally received 3 almost 4 weeks later. It was NOT a Carhartt jacket. Some thin cheesy looking jacket. I asked for a return address but haven’t heard back. I will send it back at the Los Angeles address. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first.

I ordered a Chicago Varsity jacket for my husband's 50th birthday after placing i recieved 1 email confirming my order and absolutely nothing else!!! Can't contact anyone complete fraud!!!

I wanted to give 0 stars. Total scam I wish I would have done research before I order from them . I got a jacket with no tag, both of the pockets was ripped , for the brand they use a decal for the name on the shoulder and the pocket. They don’t respond after you place your order the package just appear on your door step after a month . I fill a disputed they denied my dispute. and still no email confirmation. SCAM SCAMSCAM!

I ordered a Red Bull F1 jacket on Jan. 14 On the same day I ordered it I realized that somehow the order form had ordered two jackets at $130 and charged my debit card $260. So Not even a half of an hour after ordering I sent an e-mail explaining I only wanted 1 jacket and to please refund the extra $130 they charged me. Well I’ve sent at least 7 e-mails since about this issue, they’ve replied 1 time and said they would be making my order soon and have never acknowledged the over charge and giving me my money back. And I’ve never recieved any refund or even a jacket from them.

This site is a scam I placed my order a month ago I got a tracking number they took my money yet it’s still saying processing and it never came to me smh crazy..

purchased per their listing a Alpha Industries jacket but turned out its a knock off fake cheaply made from Pakistan so I requested a return and refund they made me send to united kingdom cost me $64 and its been at UK local post office for them to pick up for a week so I emailed them for my refund no communication at all the worst service I ever experienced

This company is insane… please do not make the mistake of ordering from them. I’ve been waiting on my order for a whole month now. After sending 5 emails over the course of weeks, I got one response saying that my order would be dispatched a week ago and i would receive tracking information. Since then, my emails are being ignored and I haven’t received any tracking information at all. My order on the site still says that it’s processing! Super messy company and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with them. Please don’t order here, listen to all the recent reviews and not those older fake positive reviews. This site is a complete scam.

Pretty simple. Jacket itself is a so so quality but pretty much you can get a jacket anywhere. Patches (chenille patches aka fuzzy graphics) on the jacket are totally different story. They are not sawn on or embroidered but a heat transfer picture which feels and looks horrible. Now as far as the returns go. They will offer you few dollars back just so you keep the jacket but if you insist on return you have to pay the return shipping. Since company is located in UK the price for return shipping can be pretty expensive if you abroad. It’s a scam. Oh also you have to dispute the charge in order to get the return process started as they won’t answer to regular emails.

I ordered a Yankees jacket on Jan 5th. Was never able to track the package and still hasn’t arrived. I emailed twice. No response. I called my bank to dispute the charges because I’m pretty sure I’m never getting the jacket.

I purchased a jacket from Marvel Jacket on November 14, 2025. The jacket looked nice on the website and seemed like a great deal, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
After placing my order, I never received any updates. By mid‑December, I became concerned and emailed the company several times asking about the status of my order. I received no response. Because of the lack of communication, I eventually requested a full refund.
On January 6, after weeks of silence, Marvel Jacket finally contacted me to say that my order was being processed and had already shipped. They provided a tracking number, and I watched the package ship from Pakistan. I received the jacket on January 12.
When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The jacket did not look like what I ordered. The lettering was poorly done and not stitched on properly, and the coloring was off compared to what was advertised. The overall quality was subpar and nowhere near worth the wait.
I emailed them immediately on January 13 explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. I sent two more follow‑up emails asking for a full refund, and as of January 21, I still have not received any response.
Anyone considering ordering from this company should think twice. They are unresponsive, take an unreasonable amount of time to ship, and deliver low‑quality products that do not match what’s advertised. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Marvel Jacket.

I placed my order January 1st and the website CLEARLY says processing 3-4 business days to process and it is now January 19th I have emailed twice and got no response and there's nowhere to even cancel your order to get your money refunded nor a number to call to speak to anybody. My order was $125 and no reply and still says shipping. I am BEYOND frustrated. Wish I never ordered thro5rhis company!!!

I’m sure that Marvel Jacket is not a legit company. They took my money and disappeared. After three weeks from my order I have no idea if I will ever get my item. Be careful. They have no phone number, they don’t answer your emails, they’ll very likely keep your money and vanish. I’ll dispute the charges with my bank and inform the California Consumer’s Agency.

I ordered a jacket and couldn't receive any notifications on shipping. When the jacket finally arrived it was too small and I need an exchange. This company will not answer any of my emails or get in contact with me for an exchange DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
