Worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS. They cancel drop off with minutes notice of waiting in all day after taking time off work. They don't provide you with a receipt when taking your Samsung TV. They dont provide you with a report of the exact problem or receipts and reports of the parts and issues with it even when promised by them as i need to claim back the full costs of the repair from Samsung. They don't answer there phones and you can't connect to head office to make any kind of complaint. Samsung uses these for repairs to there products without any come back to them. I will never ever purchase a Samsung product again due to MARTIN DAWES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Monday 11th May further to my complaint and issues I've had no phone call off the female Manager. Yuri promised me on Friday that I would receive a phone call off her as requested today, but no one has rung me. Martin Dawes as just delivered back my TV and its not working properly there's now another issue with it and so they have had to return it back to the workshop again as the engineer only fixes white goods.This is the 2nd time I've had to take off a full day from work to be in to help them with the TV. I'm appalled by the service and lack of response to my complaints. I'm now going to have to take a 3rd day off work for the return of my TV once they have sorted out the original issue.

Had a brand new Samsung oven/microwave as part of my new kitchen.
On installation the oven/microwave would trip the entire kitchen Electrics. Fault was reported and this lot took it in for repair. Brought it back and the door wouldn't shut properly in order for the microwave to start. It really had to be slammed for the sensor to engage.
These idiots said because the door issue wasnt reported initially they wouldn't support the claim.
If the microwave wouldnt switch on in the first instance how would we know it had a sensor issue?
Absolute awful people, original supplier agreed with me and changed the microwave at their expense.
Wouldn't deal with these again

Note. We just wanted a working microwave. They never checked it worked before sending it back, they just made sure it turned on. Samsung should sack them off as the repair agent.

TV collected, repaired & returned within 3 days. Impressed.

Fantastic service from start to finish

SCAM. They ask for deposit 100£ to secure repair of my washing machine. 2 min look with tablet and ring back and say 200£ cost of repair. On my question for deposit. I was told it was covering just visit. They requested nearly 300£ for fixing. For this money you can buy new. Be careful they come without parts just to quick look and charge you 100£ for nothing.

I booked an appointment on the Martin Dawes booking system. Easy to do. Engineer called me on the day to confirm I would be at home for the appointment. Engineer arrived when he said he would. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and changed the faulty parts. Engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also put the machine back into its place after completing the repair. No charge as the machine was under Samsung's 5 year warranty. Would definitely recommend.

My engineer Lewis was fantastic today, done a great job in a good time and was very friendly. I would recommend him to everyone 👍

Not great to be honest. As far as I’m aware they have repaired my tv under warranty. But the problem now is THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNCONTACTABLE! I’ve spent hours and hours listening to the same piece of boring music whilst no one ever picks up the phone! Despite getting message after message literally TELLING me to call them to arrange a delivery of my tv. What on earth am I supposed to do if you don’t ever pick up the phone?

I arranged for my tv to be repaired tge engineer came to collect and after 5 weeks returned it after numerous of calls to see wjete my tv was thw wait was too long

Just been cut up by one of your vans, an N Reg citroen near thorngumbald. Tried to bomb down the outside lane, ended up cutting in on me as he couldnt get passed the wagon I was following either. Really dangerous and absolutely no need. He didnt get any further for it and was lucky not to cause an incident.

I recently had my Samsung TV returned after repair, and I honestly could not be more grateful for the service I received.

I was not at home when the engineers delivered it, so I had left my keys with my neighbour to let them in. I expected the TV would simply be dropped off and that I would need to set everything back up myself. However, when I arrived home, I was so impressed to find that the stand had already been fitted, the TV had been placed back on the unit exactly where it was before, all the cables had been reconnected, and even the soundbar had been put back in place.

Reece and Erin really went above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure their effort did not go unnoticed. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and the level of service they provided was outstanding.

A huge thank you to Reece and Erin for doing such a fantastic job. It made a real difference, and I am very grateful.
